it is often said thought that people who make the effort to explore outside their own countries are more tolerant and understanding of other people and cultures. to what extent do you agree?

As our society becomes more culturally diverse, organizations are understanding the need to work with other organizations in order to “turn up the sound,” so their voices are heard and their issues will be addressed. This means that individuals and institutions can no longer deny the sometimes uncomfortable realities of cultural diversity. Tolerance to me means that you should respect any person who is different from you, no matter what they believe in, what race they are, or what gender they are. Everyone should be treated equal because no one is worth less.
