I love to add fresh juices in my drink. Inspite of the fact that fresh juices takes time to make, every morning I used to make fresh juice by squeeze an orange ,or blend some fruits like pomegranate,pineapple and vegetables, like cucumber, beetroot etc . Moreover, fresh juices are more beneficial then prepackaged juices. Since it has many nutrients ,vitamins,many fibers and antioxidants which stop cell damaging and maintain blood pressure . As it contains a lot of water ,which prevents my body from dehydration. It makes my skin glow and healthier as well. Though prepacked juices are very cheep and easy to buy from every grocery store, It has no benefits.Addintonaly, it makes me unhealthy and I gain more weight whenever I use it on regular basis due to rich in sugars. So, my favorite is fresh juices .
