Old people have the experience because of the long span of work, they must teach young ones while working with them.If young ones need to confirm their skills to be more effective in society, they must be guided by elders.
No doubt that the young have a lot of positive sides to be more active and working hard, but old people are the ones who gives direction to the flow.
The advantages of the young people are active,quickly development, using technology in all fields and efficient. They know how to use the technology but elder ones know what can be done with this technology.The young do what they learn with application of technology and their efficiency will increase by practicing their work under supervision of elders.
In conclusion, society will be more productive with the efficient of the young people and the experience of the elderly people. The elderly people should give them their chance in work.
