There is an age after which one’s efficiency decreases. Should young people in the working fields replace old people.




I agree with the statement that there is an age after which on’s efficiency decreases in older age. As workers are getting older with time they have low stamina of work and energy. They can’t learn new things with new time. Although they have work experience as compare to the young people. But young people have more ideas with different techniques and technologies.
For example in a company if the old worker is experienced in manual work and the young worker is expert and quick of that work in computer then the company would prefer the new workers work.
In current time, we require more work with new open and visionary ideas.
Old workers should work in the companies which require their expertise but opportunities for young people should be equal in those companies.
Young people are usually more up to date with the modern ideas. Young workers are more stronger and healthier than elder one’s. Young workers have strong ability to adopt new tactics, give quality performance and analyse his daily work routine.
So, the topic ends with yes old people should replace with young people with this suggestion, combining the efforts of old workers and the young workers it could be winning combination of any companies success.
