Over work

Over work means high degree of mental and physical exertion that can result in deterioration of health and imbalance in life. Many people would define a perfect life in many interesting ways but for me a good or perfect life is all about the balance you create while going through various phase and aiming for a variety of assiduous goals. For me over work can create disequilibrium in our personal and social aspects of living. Though many people would call it a grantee to success. But why we should aim for such a victory that would lead us to a ditch of social and personal isolation in the long run leaving us to die by inches!
