Students should be required to pass a basic skills test to graduate high school. Because I firmly believe that a basic skills test would be the best way to make sure that all students are ready for jobs and college. This will also show more about what students know and are able to do. With one more reason it should be taken because they might forget what they had learned. So A student should have some rudimentary knowledge about the subject.
