Wealthy countries are getting wealthier while poor countries are getting poorer. What is the reason behind this and what could be done to solve this problem?

There are many reasons behind this statement that wealthy countries are getting wealthier while poor countries are getting poorer such as poor countries are not able to provide enough education facilities for their youth. on the other hand, corruption is the other reason for this. Consequently, wealthy countries should help the poor countries financially to provide better facilities of education and to control corruption in the country.
