According to my perspective, it depends on the regions and conditions in which the students are studying. If an institutions is situated near the red zone where the drug business has hype. Government must have to take serious actions in order to acquire those assets which are not favorable to children and their lives. Thus, students must be examined whether they are drug addicted or not.
