yes I agree that TV violence has a negetive effect on society because it promotes violence.TV impacts on minds are so strong that if a person spend one hour in front of TV he will think in the same way as media guide him,his thoughts are hijacked by the media,if media on air violence actions taking place in the world the individual would be agressive in his daily life,therefore the media transmissions are sensored in developed countries to eradicate voilence from their societies.In this way media plays a positive role in nation building in these countries.
