Student’s record is actually a parameter to access the student’s performance in an institute. i believe this be accessible to the teachers, HOD, Principle and parents. it enables the teachers to see the performance in other courses as well apart from the teacher’s particular course and many be know the reasons why he is not performing good in his subject. to principles and HOD’s it helps to see the progress of each student and their teacher. It helps the parents to focus on weak areas of students at home as well.
