With the recent advancements in technology,business meetings and trainings are mostly taking place online by using software devices ranging from Skype to Meetings Pro rather than traditional face-to-face discussions.I think this trend has more advantages such as saving of precious time and money than disadvantages.
Online business interactions is very useful in saving time of staff members and they utilize this time in other important things.Earlier, employees used to spent most of the time to travel long distances from one place to another for business meetings. With the advent of technology ,they can save this time and use it for improving client satisfaction.Moreover,use of cutting edge technology for business meetings reduces the overall cost for companies. This curtails the cost of travel along with money spent on business meeting rooms .
On the other hand, this trend has a few disadvantages. Online meetings prevent members to develop a spirit of brothethood and doing teamwork to achieve organizational goals.One corporate survey has revealed that though online meetings reduce the cost of doing business in short term, it reduce revenue in the long term since the employees fail to work together to improve client satisfaction.
In a nutshell ,despite several cons of online meetings, i strongly believe that pros are more prominent. If all business meetings are shifted from personal interaction, this will not only reduce cost of doing business ,but also improve work efficiency.

To begin with ,people do scandal as they believe nobody is watching them. However,if government bodies install cameras on roads and famous places, this can help in reducing law voilation. For instance ,according to the survey from city 42 news ,voilation rate in lahore has been reduced by installing millions of cameras in public places .
Another major issue is people do corruption as they are of the view that they cannot be caught. For instance ,in job places ,people often come late and mark their regular attendance.However , if companies replace attendance register from biometric system , no one would be able to change into these entries and corruption can be change .
Finally ,individuals are involved in various crimes and show that ,they weren’t present on crime spots .Although , with the aid of mobile location ,police can easily prove that suspect is lying. To examplify , crime investigation agencies ,like cyber crime department in our country,now start using mobile locating data to solve crime cases,which help them to solve cases easily and it helps into reduced wrong doing as people know they can get caught.

Exercise and balanced diet are significant components of fitness. A few people are of the view that a well maintain workout regime and nutritious diet would increase the life span of humans.I totally agree with a view that active and fitness conscious would be able to live a longer and healthier life style .To elaborate my aformentioned claim regarding exercise ,which according to me ,is the key to lead healthy and disease-free life. In addition to this , intense workout atleast for 40 mins on daily basis ,not only keeps a person healthy ,wealthy life ,but it also improves mental health and improves our memory.
Throughout the day ,we perform innumerable tasks including job,household chores, errands, etc are lately highly automated. Therefore, we don’t lead any physically exerting life . However ,at the same time we attain a mentally taxing life which makes it mandatory to hit a gym,join any sports club or adopt any sport as a hobby.In addition to this , employers should arrange gym or yoga classes for the employees , which has been fruitful in enhancing their performance level .
The other reason that i would like to further mention,which would depicts the importance of balanced and nutritious diet on leading a salubrious life. So alot ofpeople today , simply follow a diet which contains veges,fruits,meat,nuts and eggs and cut carbs and sugary foods ,lead a healthy and long span life . For instance , many people of some countries prefer to cook steam food ,eat boiled veges. They use herbs instead of adding spices to their meal .They prefer to eat boiled and grilled white meat ,instead of over cooked and deep fried which helps in retaining the nutrient value of their meals. Ingesting such type of healthy food not only keeps our heart healthy ,but also maintain our body muscles strong and lean, which also helps us to maintain a healthy and long life .
However , if a person continously ignore exercising daily ,his immune system will be at higher risk ,his body’s homeostasis also get slow down which leads to obesity in no time.Likewise , not doing any exercises and simply digesting high caloric junk food , a person will be at high risk in the future with chronic diseases like heart burn , arteriosclerosis , blood pressure etc.
To sum up, i must suggest that to lead a healthy and long life ,we must do workout daily , if dont have time due to busy schedule ,do brisk walk atleast 40 mins a day ,drink as much water to keep yourself hydrated and eat balanced diet . By adopting such measures ,we can easily prevent ourselves from chronic diseases and spend a bless and long life .
