Weekend means differently for everyone; some take it as holiday; trip or travelling, have some fun or being errant but mostly people spent these days on pending works. From most of these people list my family is one, who think about work all the time. Of course being inherited to that habit I spend my weekends on pending chaos. For being updated racer, everyone tried to work hard to become the hero without noticing his/her health. I remember few months back, a friend of mine the president of her own NGO met me after a year. Her eyes were yellow and her color was gone pale. Her health was like not even saying but yelling “heal me”, let me free” so I enquired the reason behind that bad health while she was busy talking about her achievements and awards she received recently. She answered “I don’t get time to eat properly and sleep much”. After few minutes sigh, she went back to her proud talk. Well I was sure my work will never affect my health. That was ultimately the wrong statement. For the sake of status, success and proud lifestyle, I recently left my sleep and meal far away from my checklist and added work for whole day because of that I was not even remember when did I eat anything last time. Unfortunately, it’s not any machine but human body which runs on balance with everything. With the same routine, I severely got ill in few days; low blood pressure and complete bed rest prescription. While on bed I realized that health is actually the true treasure not the status or being good racer.
