To converge everything to a single point, the employer should device ways to introduce new concepts to their sincere old workers gaining the maximum benefit of experience and new knowledge. The retiring age hence should not be fixed and should be calculated by going down to personal level. The government should not be the one deciding and passing policies on this issue.
