It is against the ethical rules to use any living organism for such trails which threatening its life. Most of people agree with this statement because animals are living beings and they equally share this world with human beings. It is duty of every human to save the living organism from danger. Animals have all of senses which humans have. They can feel, taste or smell like humans. They also have emotions and feel pain like human beings but the difference is that they can’t speak for their rights. Pharmaceutics companies use some animals such as rabbits, mice, dog and cats etc. to test their products. It is a cruel way to put any organism in dander. Sometime these products cause horrible effects on innocent animals. No one has right to hurt other living organism without any reason.
In this world all species are interconnected with other species, this is called ecological system. In eco system one specie depends on other specie for its survival. In the same way we depend on different living things like plants animals and other living things for our survival. It is a natural phenomenon that human fall in diseases and sometime it is not possible to cure them without medicine. In this case a person should not be permitted to give medicine directly to any human being without any prior testing on any other species. There is need to apply this medicine firstly on animal in order to examine the efficiency of medicine. It might be painful for animal but there is no other choice to overcome the disease.
In my opinion, pharmaceutics companies should avoid to give any medicine to an innocent animal without the complete lab test procedure. They also treat animals as living organism and must be avoid to give them pain. They also try to find out alternative ways in order to test their products.

There is an age after which one’s efficiency decreases. Should young people in the working fields replace all the old people?
Aging is a considerable phenomenon in every field of life. It is a natural process in which a person experience different stages of age e.g. childhood, youth, adult age and old age. It will never ends till death. Efficiency increases as a child grows up it reaches at its peak in the young age then it gradually decreases as a person grows older.
Some people do agree with this statement that old people should be replace with young people. Young people are more efficient and energetic as compare to old people. Everyone knows that youth is the backbone of all societies. Without youth a country can’t maintain its stability. Young people are also able to use latest technologies, which might be beneficial for their work field. They also do more work in less time to use these technologies. Young people spend more time at their work place that most of old people can’t. Mostly young people have their life objectives and goals and they try to do each and every thing to achieve them. This is the reason that they do better in their profession. Youth fresh and advanced knowledge can bring remarkable change in all fields.
On the other hand some people disagree with this statement and they prefer old generation as compare to young unexperienced people. Experience is the fact which demands time. A person gain experience gradually as he grows older. Old people are master of their profession. They are good guider and supervisor for the young employees. Their some cognitive and physical abilities might be affected by their old age but it doesn’t matter a lot in front of their experience. Without experienced staff a company could not succeed to attain its goals. Old people also have life priorities and they might have a large family to support so it is inhumanity and injustice to replace them with the young generation.
In my opinion both young and old people are our precious treasure. There is need to be introduce such strategies in which companies use polished intellectual skills of old people and energetic physical skills of young generation for official benefits. Authorities should provide plate forms there young generation work under the supervision of old generation. Through coordination of both young and old generation we can bring reforms in every work field. -

Certain procedures are being performed in specific laboratories for cosmetic and other medical / biological purposes. Many different species are used around the world, but the most common include mice, fish, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, farm animals, birds, cats, dogs, mini-pigs, and non-human primates (monkeys, and in some countries, chimpanzees).
Majority of people agree to the above mentioned statement that all the pharmaceutical companies and labs must be stopped performing such painful trials on innocent animals. Animals , likewise Humans do equally share life as living beings on planet earth. They do hold rights like humans called as ”animal rights” because they possess similar motor and sensory system including senses like to feel , to visualize, smell, taste, to produce sound like us. Their physiology and inside anamtomy does somewhat resemble us despite of the external body shape and appearance. Animal experiments include:injecting or force feeding animals with potentially harmful substances, exposing animals to radiation, surgically removing animals’ organs or tissues to deliberately cause damage, forcing animals to inhale toxic gases, subjecting animals to frightening situations to create anxiety and depression. Laboratories are not suitable places for animals. They are typically sterile, indoor environments in which the animals are forced to live in cages and denied complete freedom of movement also control over their lives. Some animals in laboratories are confined on their own, without the companionship of others. They are smuggled to other countries as well and after specific experiments they are being left to die on their own.
By taking this serious matter into consideration, countless animal rights organizations and groups rose their voices to stop and cease such agonizing attempts on animals as they are weak and poor enough to stand and speak up for their own rights. An even more recent victory is in cosmetic testing on animals, which saw its first complete ban in 2013. European Union. The EU, consisting of 28 member states, became the world’s first set of countries to ban cosmetics tested on animals like India , Israel and Norway. Many others are considering ban on animal testing in the coming future.
Some people disagree to the idea that animal testing must be banned fully. They say that it should be reduced to very specific, emergency purposes as it is beneficial for cosmetical, medical, biological advancements and researchers must seek other alternate ways for future progress in such fields by abandoning such harsh tests on animals. We can prevent pain also by giving local or general anesthesia before experiments.
In my opinion,we must keep raising voice against this cruel system on animal testing and must seek other different possible substitutes and replacements which can give back these harmlessliving beings their freedom to lead a happy , fearless life. -

In my concluded opinion, Both older and young people are required for country’s perfect development. Both hold great importance in all the spheres of life . Without replacing the older ones, the youth can be assigned to their duties under the older people’s supervision. In this way, Country’s evolution can redirect itself to the new era of modern age and advancements as experience combined with energy can turn the tables of one’s fate positively. -

It is not easy to change someone with no reason just because of the age. It is not possible that younger people are having experience like older are. We cannot replace the total older with younger.
