As you are the manager of the restaurant, I am writing regarding an issue to you. I visited the restaurant on Monday, 20th July 2020 at 8pm. I was there for dining with my friends as Ziafat is one of my favorite restaurants due to its vibrant taste. Although my friends were making plan to visit some other restaurant, I asked them to visit Ziafat. I ordered my favorite chicken shashlik and chicken karahi . Firstly, we waited an hour for our order to be served and they served it cold.
When I asked staff about it, they misbehaved with us moreover;, I had an altercation with the staff. Instead of being sorry they were being rude and making lame excuses.
I am writing this matter to you so that you could rectify their mistake and call a meeting. Ask them to improve their serving service moreover, ask them to treat customers with an affable manner , it will help to grow your business more.
