In this fast pacing world, you have to have every hinge and bolt working efficiently in your machine to remain in the running. Otherwise there will definetly come a part when it will fall apart if you keep relying on the worn out parts.
Science has crossed every sea and climbed every mountain to find a way to take control on aging but they have failed miserably. Aging is a natural phenomena and with age you definitly become slow buzzing bee. Our mind also becomes rusty with time and even if it wants to it cant work. Science has yet to achieve the brain transfer process hence the replacement of person as a whole is the only option!
In our country specifically in industrial sectors it is common to stick to old methods enforced by managing bodies who do not want to break the monotonous routine and do not want to take risk . Mostly they have no idea that they are doing it wrong because the economy is consistent. They are neither gaining nor loosing anything. This is because they have no fresh brain to introduce them to techonological advancement, communication, branding etc .
For instance, there is multibillion surgical company which has exhibitions abroad, but they do not have separate departments, like accounts,administration, manfacturing , checking etc no online database. They have a consistent income, all thanks to their stubborn management or people who do not need the feel of discovering and reaching new milestones. Hence the need of the hour is to give chances to new young people to create waves in the dead ocean. They might discover a new island!
Additionally there is another side to it ,experience ! It is not wrong that experience is education in itself, you have to know the rules to change them. There needs to be definitly a balance! you cannot just replace all old people with young. But chances should be given and there should be flexibility for a change! It would be a utopia for a working environment.
It would not be wrong to say that balance and openness is the key. It will not only be a gust of cool breeze for the business but it will also create job opportunities for youngsters.
