This diagram illustrate the processes involved in making tomato ketchup.There are 15 stages,from plucking of tomatoes to enjoying ketchup with hamburger and fries.
It begins with a person who pluck the tomatoes from tree and put them in the basket.Furthermore,he sort out good and bad tomatoes.After sorting out, these tomatoes are send to factory with the help of a lorry.In the factory skin,stalk,and seeds of every single tomato is removed.After removing the unwanted stuff, these tomatoes are put into the container.Thereafter container is closed and tomatoes are crushed, subsequently crushing them certain spices like sugar, vinegar and salt are added,later the paste of tomatoes are set on boiling.
Afterwards boiling the paste of tomatoes is left to cool for two hours.Having been cool for two hours,this paste is poured into small glass bottles.After pouring the ketchup into bottles every bottle is labelled with a sticker.Afterwards each bottle is passed through a quality check procedure.When it is approved by quality control department, it is packed into a curtain and send to supermarket, where people buy it and eat it with fastfood
