Tomato ketchup is widely used over the world. People feel delightful to have ketchup along with their meal.I also find this option more appealing.The diagram represents the process of manufacturing of tomato ketchup.Firstly, Tomatoes are taken from the plants.Secondly,good tomatoes are differentiated from the tomatoes which are in poor condition. Then they are sent to the ketchup factory in which the skin and seeds of a tomato are removed. Afterwards,they are stored in a container and are crushed in that container.
In the next phase of manufacturing, different ingredients are added to ketchup to make a better taste like sugar,vinegar and salt. The mixture is then boiled and is left for two hours. In the third phase in factory the ketchup is put into a bottle and then labelled. Before the stock goes out the quality control department checks the labelling so the brand can be advertised perfectly and it’s quality is also measured by machinery.
