This is how it starts followed by our professional life once we enter the practical world there are no substantial avenues of flourishing our career, getting jobs is an odious task here, striving for basic necessities, seeking for higher ranks, important posts without a political backing is almost always impossible. Moreover, the common man is exploited by lack of basic necessities of life, low per capta income, inflation, dearness and poor standards of living.

Good for you is often used by our elders and well wishers when they are making a decision, providing us some advice or giving useful suggestions. For me good for you is to stay happy, focused and relaxed. Enjoy the moment of your life that you have right now don’t think too much about what you don’t have concentrate on what abilities and facilities you do have and make the most of them. Learn from the past to make adjustments in your present resulting in improvement in your future. There is nothing like a short cut in this world every star was once ordinary and every success had a history of repeated failures but continuous struggle can change your destiny that would certainly do well at the end of the day provided you are persistent in your efforts. We can’t control our fortune but we can control the amount of efforts that we can put to modify it.

Getting angry is natural. Everyone has his own thresh hold level after which he turns himself to a wild beast that cannot be controlled by reasons and logic alone. On many occasions I have experienced people in this state of mind what I found common among all of them were they don’t have the reason to prove their point or opportunities to express their abilities or when they found themselves helpless in a certain scenario thus turning angry followed by getting violent which can be both physical and verbal. Last but not the least personality disorders, deprivation or lack of proper attention in early life results in formation of unstable personality that all emotionally unstable and thus prone to socially unacceptable behaviors.

The statement is quite true as this is natural for everyone to get worried. In other words we all have to face the stress. When stress exceeds beyond a certain level then it hampers our problem solving abilities and make us vulnerable to mistakes or even blunders. The symptoms of uncontrollable stress are trembling hands, cold extremities, stammering voice and shattering thoughts. But if we are able to control our stress then we can do well as controlled stress assist in brain storming.

For me important events are those that shape our life and provide a new dimension to our existing world. They can be academic, personal or relating to our family. For me the most important event in my life was when I appeared in my entry test for qualification of MBBS. I was under immense pressure before the test; fear of failure was echoing my mind every now and then & this vary thought was disturbing me a lot. Moreover, I had a low score in my Fsc exams and it was make and break for me. I had to do it for myself because it was my desire and only my will thus I had to bear the consequences of my decision. But once the test started my nerves calm down. When I came out of the examination hall I felt relaxed as I knew I am through by the grace of Allah!

Anything other than the curriculum or studies is extracurricular. They can be broadly classified as in door and outdoor activities. I prefer chess, watching television and surfing net as in door activities and playing cricket and going to gym in outdoor activities. Moreover, I occasionally read I good book when I am free. Everyone must have some sort of good extracurricular activities as this keeps our brain well tuned and fresh for the upcoming challenging of the next day. Furthermore, this also makes us physically fit and prevent us from all the deadly diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, blood pressure, stress and obesity.

Smoking cigars and cigarettes is one of the biggest social evil of our society that is particularly affecting our youth. What make people go for this? This can be due to peer pressure, relieving stress and frustration or may be for the sake of fun and enjoyment. But for me smoking cigars and cigarettes is the gateway to all other drugs that can cause addiction leading to deterioration of social, mental and physical health. Briefly I will put some light on the medical side effects of this evil. It s the leading cause of lung cancer and lung destruction. According to one survey this will be the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the upcoming years. Moreover, a large number of foreign exchange is spent every year to meet the requirements of drug addicts by importing cigarettes and cigars of various brands and quality.

For me this statement does no good to you except on only one occasion! Hmm… what is that golden moment? When you are just appearing in an exam to make you feel good, relax and confident. Actually this is a delusional statement that can never do any good to you. Once you feel that you are the best then your further growth is halted, skill level deteriorates and you become less passionate. In other words this statement and belief can ruin your life. Only Allah Almighty knows everything about us and in this universe.

At the moment I am thinking about my future and I am hoping against hope that things do run a predictable course though this never happen and that makes this world a very interesting and exciting world to live. I don’t know about the rest of my colleagues here but I am about to start my professional life after completing my MBBS so now things will be different. Telling you the truth now things will be different in other words I am entering from the bookish world to the real one. When I say the real one it means now you are exposed to corruption, exploitation, dishonesty, favoritism and in justice if I talk about my country. So these lines are quite disappointing but there is always hope and this is where my faith comes to my rescue and I believe that Allah always gives reward of your hard work no matter in which field you are In. so this keeps me motivated and charged up for the day. A ray of hope that cannot be justified on the basis of reasoning alone!

The thing that makes us quite different and superior to other species of this universe is to help and assist our fellow human beings. This task can be accomplished by various means depending upon the individual preferences but broadly this can be classified into an active way and the passive way. Active way means that you put yourself into other people shoes and get the job done for them by taking the pains to yourself. Second is the passive way i.e. counseling, in which the counselor make the individual aware of his full potential and make him look at the problem from a different angle and assists him in finding a way out. The difference is that counselor is not judgmental he just reassures his client or patient that he has all the abilities bestowed on him by the Almighty to take full control of the situation and all is not bad in his world there is always a ray of hope and a reasonable solution of every difficulty but you he be wise enough to search it out for his well-being, and I will assist you in this noble cause. Another way of helping people is to make them self sufficient and independently sustainable unit rather than just making them beg for their daily needs. Providing a person with a job depending on his abilities is a much better and practical way of helping someone than just giving him few bugs for living.

One thing which I cannot gainsay is that I have been living a miserable life full of hardships and problems. My life is tantamount to hell and you cannot simply envisage the pain and ignominy I have to bear every day.

Last but not the least there was a complete media blackout during the operation so this also raised speculations regarding the death toil and violation of human rights during the attack.

Learning a foreign language is certainly a hard nut to crack. But there are certain tips that can help us in this odious task. First is conversation it is the most important step in any language study, nothing can substitute for it. Make friends who are good in it or those who natively speak your desired language. Use Google, face book, newspapers and all the available resources to get this task done. Give extra time to your new tongue 4h per day for 2 weeks are much better than 1h for 2 months. Remember the language preparation passes through phases it’s not like that you will wake up one fine day and yes there it is I have learnt it all. Impossible every one passes through various phases make mistakes in pronunciation and sentence construction but ultimately you will do it if you are persistent. Once you have started thinking in a foreign language without the aid of your mother tongue it means you have learnt it.

This is problem most commonly seen in under developed countries as there are limited opportunities to flourish as a professional due to lack of avenues for quality education & good jobs. Higher inflation rate deteriorating value of local currency & population bomb has further set oil on fire. Another practical problem that is particularly seen in our country is there is neither rule of law nor merit. People prefer to choose their relatives and friends for all highly paid and important jobs rather than talented individuals. Thus forcing people to live in other countries.

man is greedy by nature he is always hankering after more and this greed keeps him worried and anxious throughout his entire life. thus the statement i want more is some what negative in this sense. but remember their is always another side of story. this intrinsic nature or greed is also one of the greatest motivations of any individual to continue his struggle and work with endurance to be the best of the best and reach the highest level or in other words getting the number one spot. but the balance is important staying contented may make one happy but it may also stop his struggle. similarly getting greedy would snatch his entire peace and it can drive him mad.

exile means to be forced out of one s’ country, state or home with the threat of death or punishment if one tries to return. it can be of various types it can be internal, external, refugee or self induced. lets discuss them briefly.internal exile means when some one is confined to their home. external exile or deportation means expelling an individual out of country. When a group of people move out of country then it is known as refugee. forced exile is done by people to avoid punishment or escape from legal proceedings. in contrast to exile death can be natural or can be induced as a result of accident or by court due to some abhorring act which is called as capital punishment.Many countries in the world and many people around the globe do not support the idea of capital punishment and in fact this death penalty has been abandoned and transformed to life imprisonment in the developed world.
