Many of the parents in the society supports the argument that students should have the liberty to use cell phones at school level to enhance their technology related skills. While many of others argues, usage of cell phone at this age has destructive consequences.Though technology is an essential part, schools administration must ensure the utilization of mobiles under strict supervision in school hours.

Firstly, administration must not permit the students of the specific age group to possess cell phones in school premises. Once the students are allowed to bring their phones, they will spend most of their study time on social websites and this has certain negative impacts on their studies. For instance,P>A.E.C. school results were nose diving during the tenure 2004-2008 when they allowed elementary and secondary school to bring their personal phones to learn technology and internet use for their benefit but the outcomes were not good at all.

Secondly,as concern to technological skills adaptation, school should provide this facility in specific hours instead of allowing the students to brig their own mobiles. To get them familiar with technology schools must formalize technology labs that contains all latest gadgets within the school premises in precise hours.Lets take LCAS school as an example, they are providing all electronic gadgets to their elementary and secondary students within class to get familiar with all latest technology equipment in a controlled environment.

To summarize, mobile phone has become an essential parts of our lives, but access must be defined by schools and children parents for the better outcomes. As long as to acquire best outcomes, awareness among this level of school children is essential and in can be spread via help of campaigns run by parents and children both.
