There is no doubt that almost every good and bad field has developed significantly over the past few decades and it is too visiable in behaviour and actions of young people. As many people have mentioned that, in many cities around the globe rates of crime by teenagers are increasing unexpectedly. The government as well as parents are trying to find solution for this international problem. Many people believe that, wisely chosen punishment is the best way to control the number of crimes in society. While, some of them believe that, it is not the only way to reduce the level of crime. They think that, there must be another way.

Junk food is the main cause of obesity in childhood. Parents and schools should avoid children to take junk food. Lack of physical activity is another reason for obesity in childhood. There should be a routine physical activity for children in the form of games or exercise.

One fixed punishment will show more effective results on the crime rate. Firstly, a person will not commit any crime because he knows that he has to pay back of it in heavy means. Secondly, the Crime rate will decrease, if a hard-hitting punishment will be fixed for criminals. On the contrary, there are some disadvantages, as people will be less threatened with high-rank crime because the punishment will be equal for both high and low-rank crimes.

Advertisement and promotion lets people aware about particular product and it people become more curious and they buy them so i think so it is very helpful for business man to advertise the promote their products and expand their business thorugh this process

Countries are developing very fast and family size are decreasing ,because of education they become to know that give birth to two but educate them gave them good life .its affect the world in good way because our population is increasingly in fast way so it will control population too

nowadays,both parents works to earn more money for their children and gave them good life ,but they don’t know that they are missing good time with their children which will cause their children many problems such that they will find someone else to talk and less cooperation with their parents

elderly family member are the head of every family ,if we don’t take care of them .we will not be success full in any field of life .so i think so it is family member responsibility to take care of them not of government .Untill and unless there is no one who take care for them

Nowadays, people from rural areas moved toward cities ,because of which cities population is increasing day by day .the main cause of this is that there is less facilities in rural area .and mostly rural even have no basic facilitiess such as hospital, school etc .so there moving toward cities .it will cause over population city and it will become more problems in cities

Although television is use in both way, its depends on human how he use it,but mostly violence is due to television .because children learn from television .they see violence form tv then they will practice the same thing in practical,so i believe that violence is increased by television

Poverty is the main cause of crime,because when there is no food for them .they will became hungry and in search of food .they might steal or if some one resist the might kill him/her , so i think so poverty is main cause of crime

I disagree with the fact that students should be grouped by abilities in school because it will create a sense of inferiority among students who are either lacking some skills or do not have the required quality of skills. On the contrary, if a school has students of different abilities it will help students learn from each other strengths.

i think these conferences are beneficial for the students. because teacher tells parent how your son work in class what is his position and inform his gardians about his tests.on the other hand parents aslo give information of their son that how does he work in home? and how many time does he spend in study?

yes, class size matters, if lot of student read in single class than it would be very difficult for a teacher to teach them, that’s why school managment divide a class in different groups. every group has their own teacher who teaches them.

yes, i think it should be tracking in student’s id card, because of this you can easily track them,to see them and their activities.you can control them.

In childhood i found them so long when i went to school cried and did’t find any kind of relaxsation there,but after vocation i felt pretty good ,when i started my college i was very excited to go the college.

I think it depends on student, if they are creative , it can be creative in their own way. Schools provide the students many different opportunities to take part in art,music,games and other activities, it grooms the ability of students and made them an amazing artist,singer or player.

Actually, not all the teachers did give A’s to all the students but somehow it is correct that there are the institutes which wants to be well reputed in the market, do these kind of stunts to capture the student’s attraction towards them.

In my childhood, I used to think that I like summer weather. I never liked winter weather because it always caused flue and cough to me. But the things changed when I visited Murree. It was February and the weather was very cold. It was snow falling there. It was the most amazing and beautiful scene I have ever seen. The trees were looking like white brides as they were all covered with snow. There was snow on the leaves which was shining as diamonds with sun rays. The coldness of weather was adding up to the view. Since then, I love winter weather.

Wrist watch is a part of dressing. A person feels complete after wearing wrist watch. There are many well known companies for watches. I like chain watch more than the one with strap. My favorite company is Rado. It makes durable and water proof watches. On my recent birthday, my elder brother gifted me a watch. This is a dull golden colored chain watch. It has a square dial and there are dimities in the dial for the segregation of hours. It looks very decent to me. I wear it all the time especially when I am going to office. It helps me to be punctual and to reach in time.

Food is a key to human survival. Sometimes we eat when we are hungry but at times we eat even after hunger. A couple of months ago, I went to Liberty market with my family for shopping. We spent 3 or 4 hours there. My brother and sister were so hungry so they asked me to go for dinner. I was not hungry at all but just followed them. We went to the Haveli restaurant located near Liberty market. I have never been there before. So I did not had any idea regarding their special dish. I do not like to read the menu card so I just called the waitress and asked her what was the special dish of there restaurant. She told me that was a different kind of Kabab so we just ordered those kabab. The kababs looked so delicious that I could not restrict myself from eating those even I was not hungry at all. I have never eaten such soft and juicy kababas before. Now, whenever we visit Liberty I just go to haveli restaurant to eat those kababs.

Clothes come under our basic needs. I have spent a lot of money on clothes. I have a huge collection of shirts. There are many shirts I like to wear often but out of all my favorite is a t-shirt. I bought this shirt two months ago from an online website. I fell in love with this shirt when I saw it for the very first time 6 months ago on internet. But the price was too high that I thought to skip it. Then I felt regret that I should have bought it because I really loved it. I kept searching for the shirt again and again but I could not find it. Luckily, one day I was just scrolling down my Facebook when I saw the ad of the same company with the exact same shirt. To my joy, they offered a 75% discount on that very shirt. I was so happy that I just screamed out with joy and ordered it. This is a black colored, sleeveless shirt. It has a teddy bear picture in the middle of it. I really love my t-shirt.

I have been to many foreign cities. I liked many of them. Some are famous for their historical background, some are famous for their beauty and some are famous for their buildings. Recently, our office arranged a leisure trip to Turkey for its employees. We visited Istanbul and Cappadocia. I have never seen any place more beautiful than Cappadocia. It lies in Anatolia, in the heartland of Turkey. It is an underground city which is a famous tourism spot. The city is famous for hot air balloons, it’s beauty, carved out houses, churches and hotels from the soft rocks of volcanic deposits. Many directors have featured the city in their films. Cappadocia has a magical spell that I just wanted to stay there forever and never come back.

I am not a voracious reader. Till my M.sc degree, I didn’t find any time to read novels. But, when I got admission in MS degree, my room mate who was my class fellow as well, she was very fond of reading novels. She recommended me a novel named YARAM, written by Sumaira Hameed. This was an amazingly interesting novel. The story of the novel revolved around a girl who got an admission in University of Manchester, how she went there, what type of adjustment problems she countered, how were the natives and her university fellows and friends. The writer has written the novel with the expression that you just feel yourself to be there in the scene. This novel has turned University of Manchester a fantasy and fairy land for me. Everybody should give it a try. But I would recommend to study in winter months such as December because then you would be bale to get a real flavor of that novel.

Printer is an important machine these days. During my last degree, I really found it very much essential in my daily academic tasks. We had a computer lab in the university named IPC where they had a set up of printers and computers. So it was really easy to get the print outs of reports, assignments, lectures and presentations. It was really facilitating as I didn’t need to go for hand written stuff each and every time. Moreover, material being provided in the soft form was a click away from hard form. There are definitely many companies which design printers but my favorite company is hp as I am also using same company printer on my current job. It is a smooth and quick printer. It really helps me to take prints easily and doesn’t bother me at all.

I have been living in Lahore since 2010. During these years, I have been to many shopping malls of Lahore such as Alfateh, packages, square mall fortress, hyperstar, Raja Sahab, emporium and many more. But, my favorite of these malls is Alfateh mall. This mall is located near MM Aalam road. It has a huge collection of everything such as ladies and gents wear, crockery, cosmetics, household decors, perfumes of each brand, eatables, mobile accessories and what not. I really love it’s crockery department. This mall has a beautiful collection of crockery and I always spend a lot of money whenever I visit this mall. I must say that everybody should visit this mall for shopping.

there are many shopping malls in my town .but i like the EMPORIUM mall very much.as this is very spaciuos mall with vast area of parking. moreover its infrastructure is the latest .adding to this ,it has plethora of brands under one roof so one can enjoy shopping there.i will highly recommend my friends to visit there. yesterday i went with my family for the shopping of my brother’s wedding. so we did variety of shopping there for everyone from children to elders under the same roof.

Sharing information about scientific research, business techniques and the education methods become helpful or essential for others and sometimes it become problem for them. Some people believe that it is good to share information to others to get new ideas and some do not, because of their development, and race to become more superior. I discuss all these reasons in detail in below paragraphs.
According to some people it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and academic world. They believe that they get more and better ideas by sharing information with others. They also get new innovations from other. For example, if a student works in a group he or she may have more ideas rather than if he or she works individually. At the same time some people share their information to help poor or less developed countries in order to make them more developed. By sharing information also makes them more famous in all over the world.
Secondly, some people believe that information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. They don`t want to share their information, they want to become superior from others. They strongly believe that every country must have their own system or own business techniques. They don`t want that other countries reach their level in terms of development.
In my opinion people should share information to some extent such as they must share their education methods and business techniques so they earn more money and become developed one. But some information is actually very valuable such as information about atomic science. For example, America shares a lot of information about medicines and treatment of some dangerous diseases but he does not share its atomic information and now he is a super power in the whole world. If we share our atomic information so it may be becomes disaster for us.

If we read the ancient books related to humane history by the birth of first humane, we find many things that how the earlier humans spent their life, information about their culture, and what’s their achievements. Many questions are come into mind when we talk about the humane history. In the early period of life, people spend their life in a very limited way. Resources are not enough for the availability of everything. Now we are living in a modern society where the humane life is easier than the past. People thought that the humane history has been a long journey from ignorance to knowledge and some of them argue that we forget our culture and our traditions. We do not what are the achievements of our forefathers even we do not have a single idea about their value in this century. I am very skeptical of the idea that our forefathers make a lot of effort to change the circumstances that their children’s don not spend this life what they spent. It is a very long journey of life from ignorance to knowledge that can be describe in a words.
In the early period of life circumstances are totally different as compared to modern life that we are spent today. In the earlier, no respect for women in the society, even the people burnt alive the women’s. People do not give rights in the property to the women’s. People are uneducated; they do not know what the purpose of their life, why they came into this world. When Islam came, Islam gave rights to the women and teaches the people to respect the women’s. This is the starting of Muslim period in the world. Our great Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) shows them the right path, and tells them what the purpose of their life has why humane come into this world. They lead us form ignorance to the world of knowledge. Gradually along with time centuries passed and humane made their life better. Nowadays we spend a better life where facility of everything is available.
On the other hand some people argue that we forget our culture and traditions. Nowadays everyone is trying to make his/her life better. They underestimate the achievement of ancient culture. Nowadays everyone is busy to make their life better and better. They do not know what the purpose of their life is. We follow the culture and tradition of other nations that is not the part of our society. For Example Nowadays women wear saree; celebrate Diwali and other traditions like this that’s not the part of our culture. We forget that we are Muslims and our purpose is to spend the life according to the way of Islam.
In conclusion Government should ban many channels which show the tradition and culture of other nations. We should spend our life according to our own culture and traditions. It is our moral responsibility that we aware all the nation about good or bad things and to teach our young generation well so that they they serve their country well according to the way of islam.

Uniform is the identity of every institution. Every school and college has its own different kind of uniform. Nowadays many private schools and colleges are opened everywhere as compared to past. There is a lot of competition between the students in every field of life. Much well educated institution has many rules and regulations. One of them is to wear a proper uniform. There are many reasons behind this. Some of them I want to explain here .First of all if students take part in extracurricular activities at district level or province level, audience can be easily judged them. Secondly, in this way private schools and colleges easily famous their institutions. And this is a very simple and easy way of marketing. Another benefit of wearing the school uniform that some people did not buy a lot of clothes for school or colleges. We can see that many families don’t have enough money to buy clothes for their children’s. Hardly they buy a single uniform for their children and they wear it in a whole week.
Many students feel that they do not need to wear a uniform. They feel uncomfortable, As we can see that in many universities in our country Many departments have their own dress code type uniform so that anyone can easily recognize them. Student thought that they are professional students and when they wear uniform they look like school or college students.
According to my point of view uniform is necessary for school or college student.Wearing uniform is not a bad thing. By wearing uniform everyone thinks that they you are studied at a well reputed institution & it also represent your education system and institution .

Peace and conflict is two main situations which exist in every human and also occur in state. Peace means stability, happiness and justice. While conflict means different in perceptions of persons on single issue. A country which is well stable in his economic conditions, social conditions and have good relations with neighbor countries and all other countries so it means that particular country fall in peace full condition while on the other hand such country in which economically and socially disturbance and they have not good foreign relationship with other countries so it means that specific country fall in the conflict situation. If any under developed country want to become the developed country so it is necessary for his govern authorize bodies to bring sustainability in state affairs, because due to sustainability they would become peaceful nation. So they would able to follow the footprint of the developed countries.
There is some ways to get rid out from conflicts and moved to peace. If any conflict arises so against it some powers dedicated which is use to overcome on the conflict and control the disturbance. If we talk about any firm of Human Resource department, so they responsible to solve the conflicts and bring peace in firm affairs. For it they use different type of powers. For instance sometimes employees perform well but they do not receive any benefit against their jobs so they become unsatisfied from their jobs, and conflict arises so management use reward power for compensating them and retain them with company goals, on the other hand if any one involve in disobedience of law and regulations so top level management use punish power to solve the conflict. So there is number of conflicts and also available number of powers to solve the conflicts. But If we want peace we should develop sustainability and justice in firm and these couple of factors will help to achieve peace.
If we want to develop peace in human life. We should concentrate to bring balance in individual life, we should streamline our daily operations, so that we have vivid picture of situation and we can solve personal conflicts. If we take the example of European nation so would able to know that in 20th century they were involved in number of conflicts. So they solved conflicts at that time and step forwarded toward sustainability, later on they brought sustainability with in the state and now they have become peaceful countries.
So I am concluding this essay that we start our journey from conflict and we reach at peace only when we bring sustainability and justice in our matters. If we want to achieve success as an individual person we should bring the peace in ourselves because in conflict we could not think properly anmd unable to solve the problems.

Sports are integral part of humans to remain fit and healthy. There are few sports which required more physical efforts and some demands demand sharp thinking. I believe girls should not be allowed with boys as team in such sports which demand more physical efforts like wrestling or rugby, and while playing such games a person could be injured and girls are not much physical strong as compare to boys. For this reason women should avoid such games. However girls could build a team with boys in such sports which required less physical efforts like chess, badminton and tennis.
