People nowadays, prefer to eat vegetables as they consider that it has more nutrition value than meat. Some people are more inclined towards vegetable as it helps to boost the immune system. On the other hand, meat has its own importance as it is a source of proteins. Following this pandemic, people realized that being vegetarian is worth more to fight against covid-19 due to the fact that vegetables are natural source of boosting immune system. People who prefer to eat vegetables are called vegans. Although there are numerous health benefits associated with the vegetables, some weak points may be considered for example, some people believe that they should avoid meat in order to save animal life and if they will consume meat, animal shortage will occur. What is more, being vegan is more problematic in third world countries like Pakistan because whenever it comes to dine out somewhere, It is less convenient to get a pure vegetarian meal as restaurants are barely able to cope with this demand.
In conclusion, to get a balanced diet, proteins should be added in diet by adding some chickpeas which is a substitute of meat.

Animal testing is one of the major issues we are confronting with. It is a matter of fact that whenever, a new medicine or vaccine is to be developed, It will be tested on animals. In the last two decades, heaps of animal were used for the clinical trials of vaccine. Recently, National Assembly has passed a rule wherein, animal testing has been included in heinous crime list against which, many pharmaceutical companies and research societies defied. Although this positive development will abstain pharmaceutical companies from clinical trial of vaccines on the animals, It will also encourage them to find other legitimate ways to resolve this issue. A decade ago, advertisement was only confined to TV adds or sign boards, but now social media has become biggest source of advertisement which is cheaper than other sources. Recently, government has initiated a campaign to promote paper less advertisement, reason of which is to make people aware of excess use of paper. The reason why most of the people move to cities from countrysides is because there are more job opportunities in cities. Despite of the fact that, metropolitan areas provide more benefits to us, there are some drawbacks of living in such areas. It includes more crime rate, stressful days and traffic jams. Some nations are working to encourage citizens to use bicycle and local transport so that traffic problems can be solved.

This is the thing which is helping scientists from hundred of years to get cure of different disease and enable us to eliminate suffering. Despite of the fact that, testing on animals have done so much for animals but it is not justifiable to the suffering it caused to them. They think that it is immoral to kill animals and eat them and research shows that eating vegetables will reduce the chances of getting cancer. Although, there are some other people who has e other views. The says that vegetarian don’t live a balanced life.

Moreover, the customer will come to the about the choices they have. At he same time things which are harmful for health should be banned to advertise. For instance, junk food and cigarette. Furthermore advertisements attracts people to buy expansive things and make them feel that getting something will make them feel better.

It is believed that govt spend too much funds on protection of wildlife while there are many other problems that should be considered important. I think wildlife protection is important for survival of human being, but other problems such as water crisis, poverty rate and illeteracy are more crucial problems which needs attention. otherwise, world will suffer from severe circumstances.

Life has not been so inclined towards me. I always had to make tough choices. One of those was to quit my studies after my first born. As soon as i got my elder one, i was unable to balance my life. I was so depressed when i actually realized that i had to quit now. I should have the stamina of being intrupted again and again. I had to suffer with the post partum depression, and studies anxiety at the same ratio. Once i wanted to be full time mommy and the very next moment i missed the carrier oriented lady deep inside me. After going through much depressing phase of life, i decided to quit my studies. I ended up on the terms that i would get back to studies as soon as my son grows a little older.

I was quiet a shy, and an introvert person. I was very much less in confidence which affected me worsely. In any situation, i was always in a feeling like please God save me to face all of this. I always just wanted to hide myself. Things came and passed smoothly. I never took advantage of any opportunity and always ended up with the ignoring, and immature behaviour. I never thought about my financial carrier. I never gave a single thought towards the fact that how would i get a good job? Then there came the moment when i finally thought that i am starting to grow up. I was just 21 when i got married. I was immature at the time. After marriage, i started to think about my own carrier which was nothing. I started working on that thing. After having 2 kids, i immensly end up with the feeling that a mother must be independent especially in her finances. So that is the moment of my life, i starting realizing i was growing up.

Those were early days of my marriage. Since i enrolled myself for my masters degree, i had to attend the university right after my reception. My husband provided me pick and drop facility at that time. On a very fine day, he dropped me to university. He asked about that day’s schedule. Moreover, i informed him about the pickup timming. After the 3rd lecture, my best friend called and invited me to her hostel to which i agreed. I texted my husband for an earlier pickup. Moreover, i informed him about my plan. We reached there within 20 minutes. I was calling my friend to come to take me to her room. In the meanwhile, a man covered his face came to us while his other companion waiting for him on his motorbike. He pointed his gun towards us which just got my nerves. With chilled hands i locked my door while my husband gave him a kick and ran the car. I was literally shievring at the time, but my husband was in his senses. His timely reaction saved both of us.

It is very much hard for to pick one day as exciting memory.i was a fun loving student, so i enjoyed everyday equally. Since it is the topic’s demand, i chose an exciting day of school to be written into words.It was an annual function day. Everyone was equally excited, and joyed at the day. We all got dressed up and got money from parents. Everyone reached on time with full energy, and anthusiasm. Teachers were also relaxed, and refreshed at that day. Even though I have studied so many stories , “Honesty is the best policy” is the one I like the most . In my childhood , my mom usually read this for me before going to bed . It’s the story of the honest woodcutter who accidentally drop his cutter in the river during his work . Suddenly , an angel come with a gold cutter ,and asked him if he is the owner of that gold woodcutter. Woodcutter honestly says, “he is the owner of the cutter made with wood, not gold”,and refused to take gold cutter. The angel was so impressed with his honesty ,and reward him gold cutter with his own wood cutter.

Although I am foodie , I try to consume healthy food and snacks . My favourite snack is TUC Biscuit . It’s healthy and light weight . I usually devour this when it takes time to prepare food . As I am very much concern about my diet , I eat it once a day .It’s sugar free and don’t contain any fat . That’s why I love to have this snack .

Although internet ads normally becomes annoying sometimes when we are watching some significant stuff on youtube , I still like the shezan ketchup ad . Since I am very fond of reading books and novels , my favourite novel is Aab-e-Hayat which is written by a well known writer Umera Ahmed . The novel is basically revolved around the character named ‘Umama’ who struggles hard in order to protect her faith and love for the prophet (PBUH) . It’s such a religious novel to read .

Although I have red so many informative books ,my favourite one is biography of Quaid e Azam . That book was recommended by my history teacher ,so I got a chance to study that knowledge obtaining biography . Every single page is filled with his struggles and durability for getting a separate land for the muslims . The great leader puts all his efforts for the sake of muslims rights till his last breath . I had never red such an inspirational book before .

Since all of us are born with prestigious qualities , my favourite one are those who are kind and sincere with others . People with these features are the precious ones . The person who is generous can understand the hardships and pain of others . My father is the kindest person I have ever met . He is truly a unique and kindest personality .

Some people believe that numbers pay a significant role in their lives . My favourite number is 21 , as I was born on 21 , Nov , 1997 . Furthermore , I have 21 exorbitant stone pieces . In addition to this ,I got my graduation degree at the age of 21 . That’s why i consider this as my lucky number .

Tourism is one of the largest and fastest growing business of the world. Today the world is more connected than before. Since tourism allows people to understand the culture, local history, and habits of other parts of the world. On contrary to that this phenomenon also creates confusion and tension among the people. At the first impulse, the given notion seems to be debatable and requires detailed deliberation that has been put forth in the given paragraphs.
To commence with, Tourism plays a crucial role in the economic development of a country. For instance, it contributes to the progress of the individuals, societies and government in many ways. In terms of individuals, it helps them in creating a job opportunities and employs large number of people both skilled and unskilled. For the business people, it helps their hotels to grow and eventually promotes national integration and bring foreign exchange for the government. In my view, Tourism is an asset for any country and government and local people needs to understand the importance of tourism industry so that it can bring harmony and integration among the people.

I have a number of watches, but my favorite watch is the one my father gifted me on my fourteenth birthday. It was one of the finest present I ever received, for my father bought it from Dubai. It is a wrist watch. It has a leather belt which is really beautiful. It is made of silver. It has twelve markings. It keeps the time correct. It has made me more regular and punctual. It is because of this precious gift that I started doing my work on time and even, before time. I has really made me a responsible person. English is also our official language, despite the fact that Urdu is our national language. At school, we were taught in English. Therefore, I can proficiently speak and write English. English is an important language, for it is an international language. Having learned this is beneficial, since it is spoken by many developed countries. Nowadays, people travel Europe to pursue their dreams. It is important for them to learn English if they want to succeed. Learning English always outweigh the benefits of learning any other language. Therefore, I suggest you if you’re planning to learn a new language. Learn English, for it is widely spoken language.

My favorite color is pink. I love pink color since the day my mother bought me the doll house. It was of pink color. Everything of my doll-house was pink. Even, my barbie doll had pink dress. I have special love for pink, for it is girl’s color. On my sister’s wedding, I wore a pink lehnga. It was really mesmerizing. Every single person who attended the wedding ceremony admired me. MY friends ask me about the shop from where I bought it. Therefore, I think pink is my color, it expresses gentleness and peace. I believe people who wear pink are warm and understanding.

There are many kinds of music such as pop-music, country-music, rock-music and the list goes on. However, my favorite music is piano music. Some people might be not familiar with piano music, they prefer other kinds of music more. But to me, piano music is the best among all other music types. I like piano music for two reasons. One is that music is played by piano. Piano is my favorite music instrument. I have special liking for it, as I am playing piano for last six years. Moreover, piano has its own elegance and dignity. My favorite poem is: Hope is the thing with feathers by Emily Dickinson. I have never had any favorite poem before, but this one connected with me. This is my favorite poem as it describes hope by using an array of beautiful metaphors to enhance its effects. While it is true that many people are living in an extremely challenging and appalling conditions. What keeps people going on in such difficult times is the glimmer of hope that things will change. This is one thought that came to mind when first reading the poem and this is what attracted me to it and as it relates to any hopeless situations it really does apply to all aspects of life.

Allama Iqbal is one of my favorite poets. He is not only a poet, but also a philosopher and a thinker. He is our national poet. His poetry is greatly revered among the Muslim world, as he wrote to awaken the sleeping Muslims of sub-continent. His famous books are Bang-e-dara, Bal-i-jibril and Zarb-e-kalim. One can have an immense pleasure while reading his poetry, as there language is as beautiful as there idea is. The combination of these two takes him to artistic perfection.
