Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when pancreas does not produce enough insulin . Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar.The number of people increased day by day .Approximately 422 million people suffering from ‘Diabetes’ .
There are two types of diabetes .In Type 1 Diabetes, the body is unable to store and use glucose . In second type of diabetes pancreas produces too much insulin . This form of diabetes is more common family history, obesity, and certain ethnic groups. According to the American Diabetes Association, 12,000 to 24,000 annual cases of blindness are reported in diabetic patients . We can control it with proper food and regular activity .

Every person likes loves and petriots his country .I also love my country Paksitan .But i have a dream . I want go to Australia . Australia is my favorite country . I like Australia due to it,s environment . It has six states . Canberra is the capital of Australia. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra are the chief cities of this country.Wheat is the most important crop of Australia. Australia’s schools are excellent where you can learn & develop in a safe environment.
Australia is the best country in the world nowadays .

My favourite teacher is Mr, Ahmad Din .He live in kasur . He thought me in Matric . He is the teacher of Mathmatics He has great personalty .He is senior teachr in schook . He also hundale a welfare organization . Which name is “Khidmat Khaliq” . He is so nice person . He like simplcity .

Every person have a dream to get his favourite car. i also have a dream . My favourite dream car is Lamborghini. There are many cars available in automobile market . Every car has different shap and features . But i like lamborghini due to it,s beautiful shape .it is also a racing car . And it,s engine sound is very nice. My favourite Lamborghini model is Aventador LP 750. Lamborghini Aventador looks very hot in red colour . it,s engine is very powerfull 750 PS at 8250 Rpm . It is a laxuray car .

He take pride in where he live and try to make it a better place.Get a good education.When he is well educated, he can get better jobs and contribute more to the economy. He can also be better informed and make good decisions .He should stay up to date on the news.He can donate his money and many other things for betterment of his community.He can become a good citizen through follow rules and laws. He must effort to protect the environment of his community . Always live honest and work hard .

My favorite game is Asphalt 8 Airborne. Asphalt 8 is a racing video game develop and publish by Game loft. It was released on August 2013. I like this game because when i play. i feel , i am driving a real car.Asphalt 8 provide several cars.every car has a different features and grace .Game loft also added many location of famous cities in this game like Barcelona London Tokyo .The most important feature is online racing facility is available in this game and you can play multipal player at a time .
i think Asphlat 8 is awesome and nice game . I realy enjoy it when i am free.

Today the concept of a particular number for a particular person has well developed.some people adopt a number or digit due to a pleasant inncident happened in their life but mostly select their favorite number according to their stars.Best examples we can see in different sports where players wear shirts with different numbers and a player of a particular game does not wear the shirt of same number in the same sports.
Usually i am not in the favour of having a particular number but as a interst sometimes i have to believe.so,my favorite number is 6.there are different reasons to choose the 6 figure.first and important is we are 6 brothers and with the kindness of Allah we r still united.secondly in my education career i got marks in exams in which 6 figure is dominanat.it is my fartune that i got job where figure six is dominanat.
sometime circumstances bring positive change in our life but we consider it happens only due to a favorite number.i think trust on a number merely a ditrust on fate.

In this modern era ,there are many brands cars in the whole market of automobile with latest cuts ,shape and technology.I’m mostly like super cars or you can say like sports cars in which the top brands super cars are Bugatti, Nissan Skyline, Lamborghini,Ferrari,BMW, Dodge Charger,Audi R8,Dodge Viper and many more.But in all of these i like Lamborghini which is my hot favorite sports cars due to its shape,cuts structure ,engine sound and top Speed.

My native language is Urdu, but my favorite language is English. I have been learning English since my childhood. English is also the official language of my country and most people in my country have a passion of learning this language. I have such strong association and bond with English that I have decided to write and English language book.
I was taught by foreign teachers at my school. I think the way they spoke the English motivated me to learn the language and also speak the language like them. I feel that this has become my favorite language because it has also helped me learn a lot. If you see, you would easily notice that all the subjects in my county are now being taught in English and if someone does not know English he or she would also not be able to understand that subject.
There are many benefits of learning this language. The first reason is that the most of the communication in this world is done in English. Another benefit of learning English is that people who can communicate in English can get a very good job in Pakistan. I am very fond of watching movies and most of good movies in this world are made by Hollywood and if you cannot understand English, you would not be able to understand the movies.

The country that I have always wanted to go but have not visited yet is Italy. I’ve been dreaming to visit Italy for more than 2-3 years. I’ll definitely visit the country as soon as I get free time. Italy is in Southern Europe. Rome, the largest city and the Capital of Italy has been the leading political and religious centre of the western civilization, serving as the capital of the both Roman Empire and the Christianity. I’d like to go there to see the museums, arts, streets, cultural and other attractions. Another reason I want to go there is to visit the Vatican City. I have read and heard about numerous stories and history about this country and witnessing them would be a great joy for me. There are plenty of things to see: arts, museums, Colosseum, Leaning Tower of Pissa, Roman Forum, Florence Cathedral, St. Peter’s Basilica, Milan Cathedral, Sistine Chapel, Piazza SanMarco, Circus Maximux and lots of other places I’d love to visit.

Italy was one of the most advanced territories once and had lots of historically significant places to visit. I’ve read about those places so many times and heard stories from many of my friends that visiting this country has become a major wish for me. And I’m pretty positive about visiting this country in future.

My favorite town is Adan town.This is a small town about 34 kilometres from my native city Sialkot.I like this town because there is a lot of entertainment in the town.The town has small Safari Park and it has mind blowing parks,restaurants and hotels. It would be difficult for me to describe how good the town is, you will actually have to visit it in order to see how good it is. I have been recommending this town to people and I have been telling people to visit it, but the unfortunate thing is that people are not visiting the town that much and they are not fully aware of the beauty of the town.

Yes, there are some numbers, which are very important for me. One of them is my birthday at 28-06-88. It is interesting to say that my cousin is also born on the same date one year later . Another memorial number is the date of my graduation from the university which is 7-01-2012.

My city is very beautiful city. It has many different social and other activities which most people may enjoy with. Also theres a lot of different kind of restaurants where people can enjoy their dinner, lunch, breakfast. I am going to point of my view in the following passages.

First, one is the most important part of my city is the people are very friendly. However, it’s not very easy to communicate with people who you don’t know if they are not friendly. With the friendly people you will never feel lonely and uncomfortable.

Second there’s a lot of different restarant for people from different countries. For example, one of my japaness friend was planning to move to my city because of good japaness restarant. He came to visit me and we went to japaness restaurant. In that time he said that he felt just like he is at home. Food was delicious as at his home.

Although, there’s alot of social activities. We can go to gym,play some sport etc. An other fun things is conserts. Artists come from Russia, India and they are very fun.People really enjoy to live in my country.

Afterall, i would suggest you to live in my city too dear reader. I am sure you will not regert!

Working hard cannot ensure success, but it can make a person feel contented about himself or herself. If hard work is coupled with acumen we could achieve our desirable outcomes. Some people contemplate that we are playing in the hands of destiny and working hard is merely a way of making oneself happy.

There are people who procrastinate and leave everything for the next day. They are normally rebuked or insulted for their lethargic attitude, but they are adamant on staying the way they are. Some people even support the contention that being lazy could lead to long term productivity as all the advancements in the field of technology could be attributed to the attitude of the lazy people.
