I disagree with this point of view that television has destroyed the communication between friends and families as children and females are fond of dramas.all the family members are used to sit together at a specific time of drama and watch it comments on it. After watching it they used to comment on what happened and would happen in the next episode. Father and sons used to listen news and talk in the hot news of the society. Friend used to watch movies and matches together by arranging multi medias at homes, streets, colleges and universities. They usually bet on the winning teams, having hooting and parties,dances after winning of their favorite team. So, television has removed the communication gaps between friends and family members.
Some people disagree with this point of view that people are so Much engage themselves in the television that they don’t have enough time to spend with their family. Male family members after their job used to spend much time on t.v than with their family. So this thing has increased the communication gap between them. Even if their children demand to go for outing they refused by saying their favorite capital show or match is going on. It breaks the heart of children and increased the animosity about their fathers and television.

Contrary to the advantages stated above, there could also be some serious drawbacks because of these dual pursuits at the same time. Some of the students who get into part time jobs perceive the habit of earning some quick money and loose interest in studies. Some of them tend to misuse their earnings in bad habits like smoking, drinking, drug addiction, movie going etc. loosing full focus from studies and also spoiling them for lifetime.

In my view, as long as students are making judicious use of their earnings without losing focus on studies, this can be a wonderful start to the career of some bright star in the professional world.

There are many happy moments in my life but i will describe here my importent life event.3 years back when my brother and my sister got married.there was so elacrity among all the family members and i was waiting for this day for a long time ago.we went for shopings.did every thing.more then 150 guests were invited at our house.our house is not so big but we managed it in 3 stories.on the mehendi function we all cousins,friends did bhangra,dance,put mehendi,it was a mehendi function of my bro and sis.their friends were also invited and it was also combine mehendi between three inlaws at our place .Function was end at 3am.Different singers were also invited at the function spot.so over all it was mine happiest moment in my life

Co education mean where girls and boys both are studying together in one university and in one class.it has great advantages that through this system girls become more confident to face the hurdles.there can be a great competition among boys and girls to get good marks.they both can choose their life partner but at the same time there are also disadvantages of co education that mostly girls face the cheepest coments,do not feel comfirtable,boys dehumiliate the dignity of girls.the boy and girl fell in lots of troubles.so in some ways its good but in some to extent its not good

Today we are having greatest problem and that is energy crises.its because we dont have enough dams.Govt is not showing interest towards it.there is lack of cooperation.lack of mismanagement.corruption,these are the main reasons but we can solve these issues if the Govt show their possitive attitude towards it.built dam.use natural resources coal,hydel power plants,wind turbines,solar cells and then use geothermal heat so these things can be implemented if they show their interest but currently neelam jehlem project is under construction.we can hope for the best

As in there should be a good and positive realtionship among the manager and his employes.in an office staff there are different ranks of the people e.g senior manager,manager,employer,senior clerk,junior clerk etc so its the managers duty to give his attention to his employes.one person can happily work over there or can be satisfied if the manager is fulfilling his basic needs and also giving him some kinds of reward, bonuses, job satisfaction, team work, collaboration, cooperation, equality, friendly environment and the least importent giving him handsome ammount of salary so thats true the person will definitly love to work there cause these things will increase alacrity in him.there is an example related to my life as in when i was working in an ngo as a junior manager.there was a cooperative environment among all the employes as it seems that we are all one family.every one was satisfied to his status accrding to their qualification and every day we enjoyed to work as a team members.share ideas,gives some useful piece of advice.the manager were very polite toward us and gives us relaxation.no overburdening.extra wages but on the other side its really not happening.manager is behaving very strictly his relationships with his subordinates are very antipathy so these things not only effects the organization but also mostly employes run away to the particular job where there self esteem is being destroyed.so in my point of view positive things increase promptness among employes in the form of extra money,team work,collaboration.

Well thats true that smoking should be banned as in my opinion its really not good for gealth.becaue a cigerate consists on carbon,nicotine which is really injurious for health.it really effects the human body in start a person start coughing,then start reducing weight and then caught in lungs problem and then cigerate also effect heart which leads to a halthy human body toward the death.and u will see that mostly smokers are capture by the police in a different crimes as in gambling,rapists etc.smoking also pollute the environment and society then in mostly families where children use to watch their parents are moslty leads them toward bad habbits.they start smoking in their very early ages.start theft things when they dont get packet money.in olden days mostly people use to drink hukka which is another form of tobacco.but after that when the modern world start smoke give birth to the cigerate and now these days alternative things are using instead of cigerate as in gutka,paan,sheesha,slush,these things are really effecting our young generation.and also its the wastege of money one should buy food instead of this harmfull smoke.it really effects the child groming,his participation in education,other curricular activities so its my suggestion for govt that it should be really banned its not easy but a little drops can make a sea then why dont a little effort can reduce smoke.govt should charge more or heavy cost on smoking,should send the particular person behind to the bars,should impose tax on its trade.cause it really not effect a particular person but also effects the health of other people or rest of the family members.

As its true that child learn to their home in his or her very first stage.so there can be positive results on the upbringing of children by both parents.as they can give all basic needs e.g better education,food,shelter,moral values that how the children can behave with the other comunity members.their strong religious view etc but on the other side if we see single parent that how they can fulfil the basic needs of the children single parent cant fulfil their duties.mostly single parents we see around us are divorced couples or accidently separated couples.both reasons had a great effect on the minds of their childs.cause in this risky situation One parent cant give proper attention to his/her child as if the mother is on job and busy in her hectic routine of life then she dont have time to look after their child.in pakistan if we see there are many couples who are living seperate and they just focusing on their own duties rather to concern about their daughter and this negative attitude really had a great effect on boys and girls mostly cause failure in education.boys involvment in crimes which leads them to the junevile,then lack of confidents,lack of involvement in community and in mostlt rich familes one parent just rely on their mad or gate keepers to look after their kids after thier absence.which really harms the child and their future.it also happend when the husband is doing job in abroad and mother who is really busy all time in her fashion,shoping,enjoying with friends this kind of behaviour really hurt the feelings of child and its also true mostly children learn to their parents.so govt should take steps about this issUe

Health facilities are very drastic in Pakistan.No proper Medical center,No proper medication even no availability of proper and well qualified Doctors.We have to take appointment of one month before going to check up from a experienced doctor and only the rich people can afford this facility.
