In the world every person have different point of view for everything. It is natural phoneme that the judgmental approach of people is different. The great relationships have been employee and employer in all over the world.
Most of people in the world relay on jobs. In our country Pakistan 60% people doing jobs in different organization .some people served with government and they had been happy. But most of people doing jobs in private organization. Some people start their career with one organization and they have been working until their retirement. There are many resinous behind this,, like nearest home or some people are loyal with his organization. Some organization provided some others facilities like transport, medical and house allowance. Any other resinous is that some people believe that the chances of increment and promotion are increased if they stay in one organization.
There are some others people who want to work in different organization. Because they do not stay or work in one organization. They want to learned about the culture of different organization. These people are keen about knowledge so that why they cannot doing job in one organization . On other hand some people moved the other organization because they want to raise their salaries.
In my opinion if people have been working in private organization, it is compulsory for those employees to change organization because in my point of view this is the better way to improve knowledge and got better idea which about culture and structure of organizations. In our country only those people stay in one organization who have been working in government organizations.

Age plays an important role in everyone’s life. Mentality level of every person keeps on growing with the passage of time.There is a certain period in life when our reflexives, energy,working efficiency decreases.This happens at a certain age and its a natural life cycle.To a certain level i wouldn’t agree with this statement.
I still believe replacing all the aged persons with young ones would not be a good abstraction.There are lots of myths regarding aged people that they are senile, have rigid thinking, their learning ability stops,they are depressed,they develop dementia but i believe otherwise.NO doubt young peoples are more energetic and their learning abilities are good enough.If they work under supervision of experienced person they would have a greater chance of enhancing their skills in a far superior way.They can learn to overcome difficulties and handle situations in a better way under experience person. Moreover if you left all aged people out of all field that can led to many problems in society.In my opinion we can get better outcome if youth is combined with experience in this way we can prosper in any field in an effective way.

Metropolitan cities have more population than others, for instance, around 2 billion people are living in Lahore which is one fourth of the provincial population, in Punjab. Moreover, in recent decade people have started moving rapidly from small towns to big cities due to certain reasons. Intensity of this movement should be reduced to avoid any adverse results resultant of overpopulation.
Cumbersome population in some cities make administration and management more complex and difficult. Furthermore, it is pertinent to mention that, cost of living in such areas jumps with the growing crowd.
To overcome this issue first step is to look for the reasons behind this shifting and then respond accordingly. Small towns and villages mostly lack in basic facilities like, medical, education; moreover, in urban areas there are vast job and business opportunities. When I used to work with an NGO, shockingly, it came to my knowledge that, Villages in Pakistan lack many basics like, 80% do not have colleges, 55% have no qualified doctors and 75% are in short of clean drinking water. Absence of these necessities is root cause of people’s migration towards developed areas.
In response to aforementioned problems, action plan should be defined. Firstly, provision of basics in these remote areas should be ensured, up to a reasonable extent and which is practically possible. Secondly, comfortable, convenient and time and cost effective transportation should be provided for natives of such places. Which connects them with developed cities; as a result to this people will prefer to stay in their home towns and travel on need basis. Lastly, taxes are another important tool to affect people’s choice of residence. More taxes should be levied upon residents of big towns and rebates should be given to rural population.
In my opinion, governments should start thinking do something to handle this in a timely manner and proactively. Although, many states are already working hard to cope with this dilemma but in some countries, either it is still not thought as a considerable problem or administrations are unable to devise and implement an effective response plan.

Delegation is basically the task or assignment or an authority to another person to carry out activities.A person alone cannot perform all the tasks or activities given to it,this all is done by groups or subordinates.Different delegations for different purposes like for a business deal a delegation is require to manage all the tasks or to convey the message of that company to the other country. It is one of the most important skill. Good delegation saves time,money and builds people and team skills and motivates people.

Humans are dying due to lack of water, food and many other basic necessities around the globe. Whereas, some developed and developing countries are sending their satellites to space. It does not seem to be just and fair that, people cannot afford the basics but administrations are spending on such luxuries.
There are both type of views, in favor and against this spending. Many taxpayers criticize their leaders of wasting their hard earned money on these projects which they consider wasteful. Whereas, a vast majority of population is of the view that, these activities support research and development and increases chances of technological advancement, which is backbone of many emerged and emerging economies.
Many underdeveloped countries and nations are struggling for their survival. People does not get clean water, reasonable food and shelter; moreover, their children are unable to get education. Specifically, in third world there is a great slack of these things and they are dealing with severe financial crisis. Millions of children does not grow to their maximum potential due to improper feed and nutrition every year, says a United Nations (UN) report.
Whereas, many countries including these struggling economies are investing aggressively in space operations. A hefty budget of many countries is allocated to this sector for instance, United States of America (USA), Russia, China and India. Moreover, India has launched highest number of shuttles, which broke all previous records; in contrast, more than ninety (90) percent of its population is considered be lower than the poverty line. It seems that there is an ongoing race between many states about how much cost they incur on this.
In my opinion, priorities should be set first, every region has its own circumstances. So, the decisions should first address best interest of its citizens and afterwards others should be considered.

People are traveling from one place to another very frequently these days for many reasons, like, education, business, tourism and permanent change of residence. Mobility has increased in past two (2) decades in line with awareness and enhanced technology. People are shifting from one place to another and it has created multiple problems.
Immigration policy of a government has a profound impact on its politics. As, there are ministers for immigration department appointed in many of the countries, who are welcoming new entrants; Which proves, this matter is of great concern for general public and hence for the parliamentarians. Recently, I was reading that, British parliament has been dissolved earlier than 5 years term, which is an after effect of a referendum conducted regarding United Kingdom leaving European Union. A main reason of why British people voted to leave was European immigrants coming to UK and getting benefits on money paid by British tax payers. So, migrants have such a profound impact on the country’s politics that it may drive great decisions.
People coming from different backgrounds affect the society and its values. Many countries or cities are known to be multicultural which means people from multiple origins live there; this enhances cultural diversity but in contrast, it gives rise to many problems and conflicts. For instance, people living in a city like, London or Sydney have to cope with people from different ethnic backgrounds and sometimes it is difficult to understand everyone’s values and respond accordingly. However, it may be seen as a great opportunity to interact with people from different places and to learn about their values, norms and cultures.
Moreover, some people strongly argue that, immigrants destroy the purity of a society. Furthermore, new generations become confused with multiple cultures and do not adapt any one in its completion, in fact they become a hybrid model.
In my opinion, people when move from their homeland to a new place they try to adapt its values, norms and culture. Moreover, after settling in the new state they want to have a voice in government and policy matters, which I believe, is their fundamental right.

Ways of work are changing with advancement in technology. Distant workers are growing day by day with modifications in working styles. Social behaviors and attitudes change in line with work life of people.
Firstly, internet working will increase accessibility. Now, with the use of internet people have more access to international markets than ever before. Recently, I came across a story of a friend, who started his software house while he was studying in university. He told me that, his business grew rapidly as soon as he started searching for clients in online markets. Moreover, he is currently working with clients from five (5) different countries of the world, where he never visited physically and all of this is a blessing of internet.
Secondly, flexible working hours is a great advantage of home working. People may work at any time they want, it is not necessary to get ready for office in the morning and follow stringent office timings. This will allow people to spend more time with their families and work when they find it suitable.
Thirdly, cost effectiveness may also be achieved with telecommuting like savings in utilities cost. With increasing population in metropolitan cities building rents are getting higher, employers will need less space to accommodate their employees, as many of them will be working from home. In addition to this consumption of other utilities will also reduce.
Lastly, there will be teamwork with increased use of technology and workers would be more connected. I am working with a global organization which have offices in more than 120 countries of the world and there are certain issues upon which we need to consult with peers working in Europe or other parts of the globe. Now, this has become very easy to seek opinion and share information with the use of multiple applications available on the internet and our organizational servers. Moreover, further advancement is also expected in this regard, which will take the teamwork at the highest levels.
In a nutshell, modern ways of working which include distance and home working will have profoundly positive impacts on economy and social behaviors.

Due to increasing globalization, mobility and awareness, people travel a lot nowadays. There are multiple reasons for which they travel, however, education is a main factor for increased traveling. Millions of students move from their home to other countries just to study in top universities of the world. In this regard they face enormous problems but even then the number of international students is increasing rapidly.
There are multiple issues which are faced by these people due to different social and cultural values. To name a few we can say that, socialization, food, accommodation, clothes and language are the reasons for disturbance. In my personal social circle, many people have traveled abroad for the same purpose. Upon discussion with them, I came to know that, in some countries it is difficult to find the food they want to eat or type of clothes they need to wear. Moreover, language is a main barrier towards having good relations with the natives. Hence, a great number of people argue that one should not leave his/her birthplace for any reason.
In contrast, a group of people is in favor of moving from one place to another and not getting stick to single state or country. There are plenty of arguments which they give to support their claim, for instance, enhanced exposure and world class institutes. Firstly, living in multicultural cities with people of different backgrounds improves a person’s personality and understanding of different cultures. Secondly, access to institutes with best facilities like, faculty, research and learning methods might not be possible without going abroad. So, global education is a must these days.
In my opinion, even though negative aspects are present in this regard but people should travel around the globe to gain knowledge and for enhancement of their capabilities.

Seven (7) billion plus population of our world is more than, ever before in the history of human race. Moreover, there is an ongoing debate on making a cut to the steep growth in birth rate. Numerous states have already legislated regarding this matter and many are planning to do so in the near future. Despite the fact that , it has not proven to be a popular decision in people.
A general perception is that, people dislike if governments put nose in their personal matters. Despite the fact, that people get annoyed, administrations continue to develop and implement population control mechanisms. There are certain justifications which strongly are against this unwanted intervention, like, social needs and religious beliefs. An argument is that, it is a person’s fundamental right to decide what kind of family he/she wants. In addition to this, controlling population intentionally, is in contradiction with guidelines laid by some religions, like Christianity and Islam.
Furthermore, in some countries for instance, china and Singapore, laws have been passed to demotivate people from having more than one (1) or two (2) children. I have personally discussed this matter with the some Chinese friends in response to which they criticized their parliamentarians, who have defined these rules.
However, another vast majority supports the idea of state controlled population. They argue that, welfare states like, Canada, Australia and England, have to bear the burden of increasing population. It causes loss to economy and tax payer’s money, in form of state supported benefits to its residents for example, medical and free education.
In a nutshell, my opinion upon this matter is that, officials of the state might educate citizens about the pros and cons of family planning but have no right to forcefully impose their decision.

In a major part of the world, rights are being violated, either of humans or other living species by unethical groups of people. Humans generally, conduct medical experiments on other living beings, this practice should be eliminated. Measures should be taken in this regard by both, governments and general public.
We should put pressure on our governments to take steps for this purpose. There are some actions which administration could take to reduce malpractices against speechless animals. Firstly, while providing license to medicine companies an appraisal should be conducted whether they are indulged in these kind of activities. Secondly, an independent department should be created, which will monitor research and development techniques of these organizations. Thirdly, people using animals to test their research formulas which are harmful for living beings might be penalized by means of financial penalties or imprisonment, whichever is suitable. Thus a formal legislation is required by relevant legislators and governing bodies, which addresses above discussed concerns.
There are numerous Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) raising voice for this matter. we should support those societies who are in race of protecting animals from inhumane behavior. I have read in an article that, 20 percent of world’s NGOs are trying to save nature which including animals; so this depicts that, a huge size of population is already aware of and concerned about the problem and just need to be more organized.
Another way to demotivate this behavior towards animals is to “stop buying”. It is recommended that, medicine users should stop using products of such companies, who use animals in their laboratories as an experimental tool. In this way, their revenue will curtail and they will be compelled to leave these practices for the sake of their survival.
To conclude this discussion, I would say that, we all live on this planet and it is our core responsibility to ensure its sustainability. Moreover, I urge individuals to speak and act for this noble cause in their personal capacity and not to wait for others.

Retirement age is emerged as a hot topic in human resource sector in recent years, retirement age ranges from 55-65 years in different countries. As a person gets old his/her efficiency to work falls, now the question is, whether change them or not. While making this decision, at least two factors should be considered, firstly profession and the second one is position.
A guideline may be taken from industrial needs. There some professions which demand more energetic workers than others, whereas, some are pro experience oriented, so this should be kept in eye while replacing elders with the youthful. Highest levels of physical fitness is a core requirement of some jobs like, sports, mining and driving. In contrast, knowledge and experience are key of success in others, for instance, teaching, science and financial analysis. So, while deciding about the staff renewal specific working requirements should be taken into account.
The other side of picture is that, what level of employee is to be replaced. Positions matter a lot, lower grade jobs are physically more stressful as compared with higher ones. Apex of an organization is not involved in day to day activities, instead they are more indulged in decision making and policy setting tasks. A research article was published in a reputed newspaper, which revealed that, 80 to 90 percent of higher management and directors say that ,” our job description involves strategy setting and attending board meetings”. Whereas, operational tasks are being performed by new comers. So, positions should be identified for which more powerful staff is a necessity.
In conclusion, I would like to say that, both concerns should be addressed before replacement. A hybrid model might be used to ensure effective decision making for lay off of existing and fresh hiring.

Parents are the biggest blessings. They care, cure and heal everything for their children. Both mother and father do their best for the betterment of their children. However, my opinion is that mother is the better than the father. Mother is very emotional and kind soul who always ready to forgive their loved ones every time.
Since the pregnancy till death mother feels the pain for their children. Firstly, at early age mother feed the baby and care for everything that they needed. As it has been said that education has been started from your birth and mother is the best teacher at this stage. She cares for your physical fitness to your clothing. Moreover, teach how to walk, bath and talk. Most importantly, the mother is the one who works day and night without holiday with no excuses. Who always ready to walk with you at every stage of your life. There are some working women which support their children financially as well as physically and morally. “
According to Einstein, the scientist who mentioned that one day he found the letter which his teacher gave to his mother regarding the performance. His mother told him that it’s written here “He is very intelligent and focused”. However, after the death, he found the same letter from her mother things and read it. It has been written, “Your son is very weak. We no longer can afford him in the class”. So mother always hides your weaknesses and show you your strengths to keep motivated.

The impact of innovations and inventions in our daily life has increased dramatically, like one of major innovation is being made in field of telecommunication.Telecommunication refers to office workers spending much of their time working from home and using electronic technologies to communicate with their employers. We all knowmost of people these days at the very least have a personal computer with internet facility and a cell phone. In coming decades, due to these advances, globalization will diminish the aspects of distances among people. The broader implications of telecommuting, however, may involve changes to corporate structure, workers’ lifestyles and even urban planning.Another benefit for all telecommuting workers is that there will be no need to travel to work, allowing more free time. Some new graduates, who do not have sufficient financial backup, are able to work from their home
Another impact of this technology on society is that it has remarkably decreased traffic congestion in cities. Clearly, the less number of people commute between their home and office, the less severe traffic problem they will face in urban areas. Moreover, with this technology one can use a variety of features of the Internet and communicate with other ones. For instance, Facebook, the leading social network, has led humans to be socially connected regardless of location.
In conclusion, progress in the telecommunication has created a better opportunity for humans to have a better living condition. From my perspective, this technology has increased job positions for the job seekers, commuting less between their home and workplace, and intercultural understanding has become more possible, far greater than the past.

Internet is a cheaper source of information andis considered as a medium of communication between remote users, a mechanism to share information, a means of publishing information globally and a near-exhaustive repository of information.
No doubt that internet has made information so handy, but almost all the information that one wishes to look for can be found online and this includes the adult content too.The internet, however, can be harmful to children and adults in quite a few ways. It is true that Children may also stumble across sites that are inappropriate for them. I think they must be kept away or they must be monitored with the stuff which they surfing over internet. If they become victim of such content, this might create a problem for them in their adult age. Some problems that they might face is lack of real-life relationships, laziness, and gambling.
Children are curious by nature and when they are growing up, they are even more interested in anything that they are not allowed to find out more about. This is the reason why they use the internet and satisfy their curiosity by looking for adult content.One cannot stop them from doing what they want to but one can sure set some restrictions at home. One can also let it be known that one can find out what pages children have visited on the computer. You will also find that there are parental control software programs that are available and you can consider getting one.
Nevertheless, this is fact that internet is huge source of information and play an important role in our life, but I think children must be monitored of what they are seeing and using over the internet.

The situation concerning the retirement age is very different in different parts of the world. Some people at the age of 65 or 70 are still in working process, they are taking care of their families, countries and business companies. The situation with the other people is different. They are fit and have good health but, in accordance with the national law regulations they have to retire much earlier. I will discuss the dilemma concerning with the idea of high-level employees leaving at the age of 50, while it is true that the energy level gets decrease at old age and ideas get less innovative impact in tasks, sometimes the experienced ones even at age of 50 or 60 can tackle the precarious situations which young mind cannot tackle.
I do support the latter opinion that is practiced in most of countries where experienced ones remain in job even at 65 age. We can take example Bill Gates whose energy and brilliant insights are still inspiring many adults. It is now the experience he has accumulated as an older man which keeps him on top. I think combining the vigor and innovation of younger workers with the experience of older workers would seem to be the winning hand in the world of business.
There might be assertion to give opportunities to the younger generation, but if everyone retires at 50, there will be a smaller pool of experience at the company. Besides, when I will be of 50 I do not fancy the idea of being put out to pasture. I think I will still be full of energy and enthusiasm with a desire to work, so I hope my workplace will view me as a treasure house of valuable experience to pass along to the next generation.

As an impact of globalization and technology combine, young people feel empowered and capable shaping the world, but with this fact we cannot support the idea of replacing old people with young ones. Old people have the experience because of the long span of work, they must teach young ones while working with them.If young ones need to confirm their skills to be more effective in society, they must be guided by elders.
No doubt that the young have a lot of positive sides to be more active and working hard, but old people are the ones who gives direction to the flow.
The advantages of the young people are active,quickly development, using technology in all fields and efficient. They know how to use the technology but elder ones know what can be done with this technology.The young do what they learn with application of technology and their efficiency will increase by practicing their work under supervision of elders.
In conclusion, society will be more productive with the efficient of the young people and the experience of the elderly people. The elderly people should give them their chance in work.

Humans are the best creation of this world. They have the ability to think, create and explore while in animals the natural instinct is just to eat and live. It is the duty of humans to secure all animals in this world. However, when it comes to the safety of human life, then I think some animals’ lives can be sacrificed for this purpose.
In this world, every creature is dependent to each other. This is ecological system where upper predator eats the lower predator and their subordinate. This is a cycle where everyone has its own duty to live. Human also depends on other animal. For their living they have to eat other animal. During any diseases, people have to take medicine. Otherwise their survival will be affected. These medicines at first are tested on animals because the safety of human being. For these some animals are chosen as laboratory species. This is true that it is very painful for those animals, but there is no other option to overcome the danger of human being. The various dangerous diseases like plague, malaria are now controlled by different types of vaccine and medicine and these medicines were first applied on animal body for examining the ability of these medicine. Day by day after numerous examination , when scientists became confident to apply these medicines on human body without any bad side effects, then these were spread all over the world to cure human beings. Otherwise the race of human being would be diminished.
So In conclusion I will say that for human civilization it is necessary to examine the new medicines on animal body, but we have to cautious that without this reason no other animal should be given pain. It is our duty as the most intelligent creature to assure others safety in life.

Sex education is instruction on issues relating to human sexuality that explain emotional relations and responsibilities and human anatomy. Sex education do matters but there is another lesson to be learned about commitment rather than about shame. That sex education may give rise to conflicting points of view is understandable. More often than not, adolescents get confused about an attitude toward responsibility to each other. The new lesson is about old family values. Children lose their grades in other subjects. They do not realize the importance of other subjects such as, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry etc and they get less marks in these subjects. Sex education attracts children because it has interesting nature as compare to other subjects such as Geography or History. Children start to think that these subjects are not relevant or important.
People who state that sex education provide wide range of information on all sexes, as children make themselves aware of different type of gender, but what if they start practicing it, we cannot let this happen as they are the future of our generation. They will be able to know much about this education when they will become young. Moreover I am of the view that this type of knowledge must be given by parents not by school. Parents know their children well and can make them understand without any confusion.
In conclusion, sex education seems no longer relevant for children of schools. Therefore, it should be stopped in immediate basis. Therefore, schoolchild will learn the importance of other important and essential subject. They can be able to focus on these subjects and sports activities too.

Parenting is an art which requires many qualities in person. This quality comes by experience in parents. I believe that both mother and father plays equal role in raising children’s life. There is a famous quote that experience makes a person perfect. In addition perfection is first point towards a good parenting. However every person has his own areas of perfection therefore I suggest that Children should be taught by their parents according to their perfection area. Here in this essay I will present my view to support my argument.The view that women are better parents than men has shown itself to be true throughout history.
From the time they are little girls, females learn about nurturing. First with dolls and later perhaps with younger brothers and sisters, girls are given the role of career. Girls see their mothers in the same roles and so it is natural that they identify this as a female activity. Boys, in contrast, learn competitive roles far removed from what it means to nurture. While boys may dream of adventures, girls’ conditioning means they tend to see the future in terms of raising families.
However, other people say that Father is responsible to teach children how to do hard work, establishing fighting spirit in worst situations. Because father is responsible to work out side and he has more experience in these area which plays significant role in parenting. Apart from father is believed to be strict compared to mother who keeps children in discipline.
To sum up, I recommend equal attention from both father and mother towards their children during children’s formative edge. Moreover splitting responsibility gives both parents enough time to teach children. Which give good result in raising children’ life.

There has always been considerable discussion and debate about whether governments in many countries should spend taxpayers money on space research. In my view, it is impossible to justify the amount of money spent on space research. The main reason for this stance is that there are several areas in which the money could be invested better. When we have so many problems and hungry people in the Earth, spending money on space is not a good choice at all.
The first point to make is that governments have a responsibility to spend public money on projects that bring a benefit to the citizens. This has not been the case with space research as most developments have been limited to helping astronauts in space or have been very specialized. For example, it is not of great value to the general public that we now have pens and biros that can write upside down. This does not merit the huge amount of money spent. Little success has been made so far on space exploration except landing on the Moon or knowing that Mars had once been a place for living being. What good that can bring to people who are starving in many countries?
The second point to make is that there are many much more urgent projects on Earth that require investment. If governments spent less money on space research, then they would be able to help solve some of these problems such as population control, elimination of diseases like cholera, global warming and food shortages. In conclusion, it seems to me that all of these issues are more important because they affect the lives of millions of ordinary people, so government could provide food for all the starving people in the world if they did not spend so much on space exploration.

Technology is making communication easier in the new world, but at the expense of personal contact as many people choose to work at home in front of a computer screen. We as human beings are social creatures who need to meet and contact each other verbally and substitution of this human sensations will inevitably result in mental depression. By means of the technology most people sit in front of the computer screens and communicate through their systems rather than going outside and deliver their messages face to face. This can bring drastic change in way of family traditions.
First of all, when people limit their human contacts to electronically transmitted messages by computer, problems, like depressive disorders, might occur. One reason for this is the fact that. We can easily see this problem in many of the modern countries. Moreover, sitting in front of a computer screen and working with keyboard for long hours can bring so many physical damages, if people would not observe the protocols needed for working with these technological devices. Moreover the issue of sending messages via computers like sending E-mails is gradually replacing old tradition of talking and meeting our friends and family members.
To sum up, I believe we should try to take advantage of new technology and do our work better and faster but we should consider that the main point of doing this is to make more free time to see and talk to our beloved ones not to lose them because of this technology.

Zoo is a place where family members come to enjoy or have a picnic. People take zoo as a fun place to see wild animals in cages or do circus tricks. Some people just dont understand that animals also have feelings and they just through small bites of good on the animals to eat. The people who laugh at the animals in the cages dont feel that the animals are trapped and hopeless. If those people were in the cages and the animals were out then they would have known how it feels. I think that zoo pets or animals should be left in the jungle alone so they dont harm us and we dont harm them.
Sometimes people get scared themselves by the wild animals roaring. If the animals dont want to stay in the lonely bars then who are we to tell them, its their life and they can live however they want to. The animals dont harm us unless we harm them. They also live like us, they breathe, they walk, they see, they grow, they hear and some of them have sixth sense. If we trap them in a cage then it would be like trapping ourselves. All day and night those poor innocent animals stay in small cages walking or flying around. The weak ones die quickly because they don’t get enough food during the morning when people come and feed them.
The key point of this topic is freedom or protection. Our intentions must be to make animals life happier and safe for maintaining the ecological balance system.

We live in a world which is always struggling with various global problems. One of them is a steeply increasing urbanization, the rural migration and concentration into cities, which in turn could lead to overpopulation. There are significantly many causes for that, whereas the main reason is people’s aspiration for better life facilities. Nevertheless, there is a range of measures that could be suggested to remove the risk created by this situation.
For one thing, the immigration from rural areas is an essential process as a result of modernization and industrialization. Cities seem to be a promising land bringing them a better life in terms of finance and services. Moreover, cities offer enormous opportunities for tertiary education and entertainments.
I think for tackling this cause there must be a coordination of many factors and policies to solve this issue efficiently, but not only preventing the immigration wave to urban areas. We need improving the city basic infrastructure such as developing accommodation and transportation system. Government must take step in developing the sub-urban areas along with cities. If we achieve the goals, there are more houses to live and broader streets to travel, so our condition is improved gradually.
In conclusion, I believe that there are many better solutions than just preventing the immigration wave from rural areas to deal with the condition of overcrowding in many cities nowadays. This is not just because the immigration is an unavoidable phenomenon, but this one only cannot solve the problem.

Nowadays, along the rapid development of economy, some students think that studying abroad brings many benefits, while others are of the opinion that they should finish university education in their mother land. It is quite natural that people from different backgrounds may have divergent attitudes towards it.
Students, who advocate that study abroad has a lot of disadvantage, have their sound reasons. First of all, living far away from home, students will suffer from loneliness and home sickness. Overseas students often fell disoriented for lack of adequate knowledge of local customs and lifestyle.
To this issue, some other students hold a different attitude, arguing that students should go abroad for study. To begin with, it can broaden the student’s horizons. For instance they get a chance to experience a totally different culture. The knowledge of social customs acquired in the other countries helps them to become more open-minded. Next there are academic advantages. Students can get to know about advanced science and technology. The book resources are more up-to-date. The professors are aware of all the latest development in their fields. Therefore the standard of teaching is much higher. Moreover when they finish their study abroad, they will have more choices for future career. All of the above merits contribute to their self-realization.
It is quite understandable that people from different backgrounds put different interpretations on the same issue. For my part, I stand on the latter opinion that while overseas study has its drawbacks, the advantages are more obvious. It can broaden one’s vision. Students have easy access to the first rate facilities and the latest development in science and technology. In addition when they finish their study, they have more job opportunities. Therefore, as long as, it is financially feasible, an overseas education gives more return on investment.

Father and mother (parents) are main two pillars in the life of children both have equal rights , no one comparison between these.Both help our children and make him a great Person .

Woman is main part of our society and in history woman have many great works for whole the world , it also work with the Men every were and help in many matters , Men is also a main and clear part of the society , many men go outside for our children basic needs like food , clothes , education etc. Men work hard for there children and get the money and spend in our children life .

But only woman are better parents as compare to men because woman heart is very sensitive as compare to men , it feel all the feelings of her children and want to complete all our child wishes. Many woman are house wife , do work for all our children , women life is very busy life , every one have holiday in a week and have many holidays in a year but house wife women have no holidays all days are work days fro it , she get many difficulties in our life but he not want her children get any difficulty , she every time pray for our children future.
