Now a day’s government works to improve railways for public. I accede with this statement that government should spend money on railways rather than roads. There are certain reasons to agree with this statement such as railways are cheaper than private transport, it generates less pollution and more convenient and also reduces the congestion on roads. I describe all these reasons in below paragraphs.
It is my assertion that trains are more affordable or economic for local people. Everybody has access to railway trains. Local people can easily travel from one place to another through trains. Government should invest money to improve railways in order to improve their speed and tracks. Trains are much faster than busses people can go their destinations in less time.
Secondly, trains generate less pollution in air because it is obvious that if people go on private transports they will definitely generates more pollution. Trains carry a large number of passengers in a same time as compared to busses. Trains are more convenient than other modes of transportation. Trains reduce the congestion of traffic on roads. People do not face congestion because of fewer vehicles on roads. Good railway system also shows the development of a country. For example research shows that countries which have good railway systems are mostly developed countries. These are the reasons that I agree with this decision.
In conclusion, government should spend more money to improve railways rather than roads. They make them better than other modes of transportation and make their country more developed.

Community service is a non-paying job performed by a person or a group of people for the benefit of community. Community service learning is a development of leadership. In America and many other developed countries like United Kingdom and Australia, Community service is a part of citizenship. Some of them follow it and some of them ignore it.
Many of schools and colleges in America gave different types of project related to their work in community. They check that either their study is beneficial for community or not. Similar by this way some well reputed organizations also encourage their employee to take part in different kinds of project related to community. It’s a very good way to check that either what’s the problem in our society and community or what can we do for the improvement of our community. All American citizens have to complete a year of community service. By completing one year to serving the community they can learn many new things like how to improve the conditions of hospitals and it also helpful for the better growth of their children’s and for our next generation.
Some of American citizen do not follow or they are not interested to complete a year for community service. They think that this is not their moral duty, by serving one year to community they waste their time. Now at this modern age everyone knows that time is money so this is govt responsibility to serve the community well and solve their problem related to everything.
According to my point of view like other developed countries all Americans should complete one year of community service and Govt should make some rules and regulations for everyone to complete at least one year’s that everyone knows that what’s the problem in our community and how can we minimize the problem related to everything. It should also be very beneficial for upcoming generation.

Employees are the key to success of a company.A company flourishes if it has a team of devoted employees.I strongly disagree with the statement that every employee should get the same salary.
In a company,there are different departments which are run by different designated employees.A company normally hires its employees according to their academic skills and experiences. So they should be paid accordingly.How can an experienced person and a newly appointed person should be equal? Not only their salaries should be different but their annual appraisals should also be according to their performances.If they will get the same salaries,they will become lethargic as there will be no motivation for them.They will think that if they will get the same reward then it’s useless to spend time and energy.
In my opinion this is an unfair attitude of a company which will adversely effect to its growth.The natural agility of the workers always guaranty to the excel of the company as its workers work hard to achieve the goals .Workers of every level perform their duties keeping in their minds that at the end of the year they will be awarded.Everyone needs appreciation.But they will be treated equally then they will not perform their work honestly.This thing not only make the workers frustrated but also don’t motivate the lazy workers .They will not put their effort .Then there be no competetion among them.As a result no rise in the performance of the company.Ultimately the company will suffer.
In my experiences all those companies which set some rewards for their employees always meet their targets and make progress .

People who think college athlete should be paid often say the student’s names and images are used on products and in advertising, among other things so they should receive some of the profit. Those who say college athletes should not be paid receive scholarship as a form of payment for their talent.
Athlete is a full time job bouncing between the weight, the court, classes and the film sessions. College athletics are extra-curricular activities. In most of the famous colleges one period is extra for the athletes so they should played games of their own different choices. College students paid their full attention to their interested games.so that they become a good athlete. They should also need proper coaches which trained them well and also introduced them at international level. At international level they become popular day by day and earn money and advertise their college freely. Although their coaches earn a lot of money, but athlete also earns a lot of money. Student athletes do not need to receive huge salaries and still could be paid to college because their scholarship’s just covers their study or living expenses. College athletes remember one thing all the time that they are not playing as a sportsmen but they are playing as a college student athlete and advertising them. The colleges make money because of the athletes
On the other side if athletes are playing professionally at any court or at international level. We should not paid equally everyone. It should be based on their performance

They played games in class room, Watching movies or listening songs. They do not pay attention to their studies. College makes the students future better and secure.So, if some students should not be able to attend college due to financial issues it might effect their whole life.Free education would be a favourable solution.
I strongly accede with the notion that state should offer free education in state owned colleges for thier own state people. Because education is the basic need of all people,almost more than 20% families are unprivileged they hardly makes both ends meet, due to this many parents might not be able to allow their children’s to acquire knowledge by attending College.
The other reason could be that pupils are the great asset for every country.If today government would invest in their education, tomorrow the youth would be represented by the name of their state. They might also be a capital of the country because they might brings the revenues for country in future .
At the end i would like to say that, Education is the right of every cutizen it should be given to all equally Because some might not be able to bear education expenses Stat,s this step would be a great help for them.

Air pollution is very huge problem for our society and car’s smoke is one of the major source of air pollution. Car free days is wonderful way to increase the awareness among persons. It plays vital role to protect the environment. And also enhance the responsibility among general public to save the atmosphere from air pollution. But additionally protection of the environment is our ethically responsibility. Government also organizes that day after particular time period and provide information to general public through campaigns.
But on the other hand, Government should not rely on that specific day for reducing the air pollution, they should manufactured or import such automobiles which are anti-pollution like hybrid cars. Because that car free days are very excellent step, but just for awareness. Car free days are not appropriate solution for get rid out from air pollution. Moreover, for increase the tendency of usage the hybrid vehicles, government should prepare the policy for automobile industry that would persuade owners to produce the hybrid cars as well as also import the hybrid cars.
Furthermore, we should also focus on ours ethical responsibilities, protection of eco-logical system is also our ethical duty. Government fulfils his duty by couple of ways, first one his organizing that day and other is preparation of policies. So main purpose of car international days to escalate the idea of protect the environment form air pollution, and also prepare the policies, now it is our ethical, national and social responsibility that we should follow the government rule and regulations, and being a person in this way we would individually participate to save the atmosphere.
Overall, it is very good step to control the air pollution by the side of government, but we should also individually participate to preserve our territory.

Currently we are living in society there is no significant discrimination between both sexes. Universities also do not have any restrictions specifically upon gender basis in any field. Many pupils agreed with this equilibrium notion but my opinion is dynamically against for it.
There will be inumerable drawbacks for both male and female apprentices if universities implement equall subject selection option for both genders. The one reason is many pupils would be unable to meet thier desired dreams. Students those are forcefully came in selceted field due to having chance never be able to indulge himself in this area. There would be very upsetting situation in society For example, nursing is associated with female intersts but equall numbers of candidates selection also consist male students as well. In this way female who had desired to be nurse in future will lose the opportunity to fulfill her desire. Similarly, males are not interested in studying psychology and females are not interested as much as like males in engineering field. So that’s why its not better subject selection way.
If we look on medical field if there is also restricted way how male students do work at large number in gynae field it would look very unusual. So universities need to be careful according to the field they should devide seats by keeping gender in mind.
Its not sort of gender discrimination its something based on genetically personality traits. So, universities shouldn’t have equal numbers of male and female in subjects selection because it leads to many negative circumstances.

Women play an important role in the society. Status of a woman varies according to the different cultures, norms, values of a society. In the last two decades, women were not treated in a good way. They were not given equal rights in the society. They were treated as lower citizens of the society. But, as the time passed, women stood up and fought for their rights. And, after a long struggle, they got their status in the society. They were given equal rights as of men.
But, in rural areas women are not treated in the same way which they are treated in urban areas, because in urban areas most of the people are educated and they know the role of a woman in the society. She is not only restricted to house-work, but she got equal responsibilities in all the other departments such as in offices, fast food restaurants, in stitching departments etc. But,if we would concise them to house-work only, it would not be justice with them.
To conclude my statement I would say that women should be given equal rights in every part of the life as compared to men. But we can say that in rural areas the problem still exist. To overcome these problems I prefer a solution that we should establish institutes which would tell them the importance of women in the society.

Population are the total number of people living in a society, town, region, country or world. Population is usually determined by a process called census. It is that process in which they analyze and publish data.
Population density is the average number of people in a place.Urban areas have high population density whereas in rural areas population density is low due to the factor that people mostly work in urban areas and most of them are settled there.
As we compared the world’s trend, there is more population in Asian countries as compared to rest of the world. This is mainly due to lack of education and no family planning e.g If I give you the example of my country Pakistan. Total Population is around 18.5 crore which is a very high population as compared to Asian countries.
But as the world is moving faster people are getting educated, they know about family planning but in rural areas these problems are still there, so we should encourage them by establishing proper institutes there whom should be free of charge. So every individuals should participate in these projects to have a bright future.

Ethics is the complete process in which we judge what is good or bad for us and after evaluation we select the good for us. Ethics is the necessary part of the individual life and human life. There is multiple type of the ethics Like global ethics, business ethics personal ethics etc. As we know that personal ethics means judge what is good or bad for us in our daily life. While business ethics is quite different. In it we judge what is right and wrong for our business and we select the right path for business, because business is the not the only name of activity to earn money business is the name of legal perpetual activity which always continues and never stop. We should know that ethics base on the philosophy because philosophy is the name of reasoning and when we judge and select right way so we also explain that what is the reason behind our selection and why it is right? Global ethics is the name of universal norms and values. Being a human ecological system is very important for us, and there is number of factors are effecting on our environment, for it climate of world has changed, glaciers are melting rapidly which is the main source of clean water, sea level and temperature has also increased, this has happened due to the human negligence, we should take care and protect the earth from effects of globalization. In other it would massive effects on the ecological system and would happen disaster effects on the environment along with human health.
Poverty and unemployment is also main problem of global ethics, so all developed countries are ethical responsible to adopt such policies and prepare strategies which would fruitful for those countries who involved in this problem. Despite aid, the poverty is not ending, instead of financial aid, developed countries should be suggest the practices and strategies to get rid out from the poverty. Moreover developed countries help to increase the employment opportunities for them and also provide them educational facilities so that they could also participate to solve the state problems and make themselves independent.
Global ethics is very important business. Now a day markets has matured and organizations are moving in such areas where competition is not so much hard. According to the Global ethics organization must concentrate on the human resource, social values and environment as well. Organization must fulfill the legal and natural right of their employees and also achieve their social responsibilities as well. If we talk about professionally if any organization does not fulfill the right and social responsibilities of employees so that particular organization would be collapse very soon. Employees is the blood of organization if any organization does not fulfill the requirements of employees which has mentioned above so workers would loss the motivation and organization performance graph also would come down.

Democracy is basically the system in which people exercise their power to elect members which would elect there representatives to form a governing body, such as parliament. Democracy is also known as rule of majority. Democracy is formed to resolve the issue of a common person. In this modern era, two types of democracy set ups are there. One is parliamentary form of government and other one is presidential form of government. Mostly Asian Sides are using parliamentary form of government whereas most European sides are using presidential form of government.
In parliamentary form of government people exercise their powers to elect the members. The party that receives the highest votes will be elected as the ruling party. That party would make its government. They would elect their ministers. Among these representatives they would held an held elections and they would nominate the senators. Opposition leader would be of the party that held second highest votes or it can be made by the members of the parliament,
whom they would select in majority. These members can do changes in constitution or pass some bills.
Presidential form of government is that in which the representatives of two parties would elect an election. The people would give the votes and the side with the highest votes would elect their candidate to be the president of that country. Then he would select the members, ministers, senator etc.
Both types are efficient but we should improve our individuals so they know which persons will solve their problems. “Right To Vote”.

Health is wealth. Health is important for human life. Healthy man enjoys the life properly he takes the interest in activities of daily routine. Healthy man can do a job and earns the money for his family livelihood. But there is lot of health issues. An estimate millions of people die every year due to different type of problems. Firstly main cause of health issue is ecological system. In ecological system water is main cause of health problem. People are drinking toxic water because they have not sufficient resources of clean water. When they drink acidic water so it suffers them in multiple diseases, it effects on their stomach and lungs throat and other body parts. While after clean water, pollution also hazardous for human health it effects on the human in a danger way. The main cause of eye diseases and skin diseases and other multiple diseases is pollution. In our atmosphere there is huge density of carbon dioxide and other poisonous gases which suffer the persons in respiratory diseases.
Now a day people love to eat fast food items. Due to fast food items, their cloistral level increases, by increase the cloistral level they suffer in other serious diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression. Moreover the tendency of smoking is also increasing day by day, and especially in south tobacco is using very much, by using these couple of items people are suffering in cancer. Furthermore due to globalization and lack of cleanliness system numerous of viruses have spread in the south Asia and other poor country of world where cleanliness system is not good. Especially in my country thousands of people has died due to dengue virus in recent years.
Government should take responsibility to protect the environment and deliver the good ecological system to citizens. Government should take the steps to control the health issues, initially government should deliver the clean water to general public and make policies to make good ecological system. Government should spend revenue to construct the infrastructure of water sanitation for supply of pure water to general public and make a complete plan of protection the water sources (lake, stream, river) from industrial toxic waste. Because industrial waste is core reason of polluted the water. While government also make the strategies for prevention the air pollution because due to air pollution human are suffering in respiratory diseases. Government should also encourage the habit among people to save the environment. Health analyzers should also encourage the use of vegetables and avoid hygienic food so that the people remains save from the cloistral problems moreover doctors also participate in soling the health issues. They should develop the habit of exercise in general public because medical science has proved that a person who does exercise three times in a week he remains save from the depression, anxiety, blood pressure and diabetes.

There are two type of men rich or poor. A man who well stables in his life financially he is rich and a man who does not well stable in his life he is poor. Basically this is inequality of economics and unfair distribution of wealth. This trends has been increasing since last few decades. There is huge difference between two classes, poor is moving more poverty while rich is collecting more wealth. Moreover due to poverty they do not able to learn the skills and unable to do any job, that is why they remains jobless and dependent on the government. Furthermore they also unable to earn money, and they involve in unethical activities like they become thieves and do robbery in homes and also involve number of activities which also consider cancer for society like war and terror activities, because black sheep of our society always busy to find out these type of persons, those life experience does not good and they fed-up from their life just because they are poor. It is common psychology of human that human always strive to get such things which he does achieve. We can take the example of poor persons, poor persons spend the life in poverty and they deprive from the necessities of life, so land enemies grab such persons and use them against state and gives huge remunerations. So due to this gap the country involves in war and terror activities.
Now we focusing how does this gap arise? This gap arises just because unfair distribution of the wealth the main reason of this gap is capitalism. Capitalism is the famous rule of modern world we are living the capitalism dictatorship. The person earns according to their investment. If any person invest one million so he would earn according to one million on the other if any person who could not invest sufficient amount so at the end he would not earn sufficient amount for lives his life. And government also do not take any responsibility for the welfare of the public, that is why rich and poor gap raises and organizations have introduced socialism to prevent this gap, somehow socialism has effected on this gap in good manners and gap has also reduced, but on the other hand there is some other disadvantages of socialism, and due to these disadvantages it is failing.
So at the end I am concluding this essay that government should be encourage such policies which increase the saving habits among the persons, a successful financial analyzers have to said that such states will be developed in future who enhancing the saving habit among citizens. They said that saving habit effects more to control this gap as compare to any other policy like socialism and capitalism. And government should be take responsibility of persons and give them small benefits in the form subsidiary from the amount of tax.

Now a day democracy is very famous in the world. It is a way of run a government. In democracy general public caste the vote and select the representor from pool of applicants. That selecting member voices of general public of his region, by the power of general public vote he becomes the leader of thousands of persons and he also becomes the responsible for provide the facilities of life and presents the issues of his followers on the national level. There is number of benefits and disadvantages of democracy.
As I said earlier, in democracy persons come in the government by the vote of general public. Democracy plays a main role of state damages. Recently I read the article in which author mentioned that persons do not evaluate the candidate, they do not use their analytical skills and compare their previous performance or their statements, they become the part of queue and at the time of voting and they blindly caste the vote. They do not concentrate that such persons would beneficial for us or not. It considers the dark aspect of democracy. Means sometimes we select such persons for manage the state affairs, who do not eligible for take the responsibility. He also explained his research by this statement that such person who unable to run the government, he same like that person who does not know how to fly the aero plane, but he flies the plane. So we can take the help from this example that if government is performing goods and has failed to achieved any target or objective, so it would possible that they are disqualified personnel, and they do not able to run the government because they have not good leadership skills and also lack of management skills. So that is why author tried to compel the persons to evaluate by using their analytical skills before voting.
But on the other hand it is not the whole picture there is number of advantages of democracy. Numerous of countries who adapted the democracy for his political system and know they have come in the list of developed countries like we can take the example of England. We can also take the example of India, although there is number of problems like number of rebelling movements are running in India, but It is not running due to democracy it is running because they have poor acceptability factor, they do not accept their neighbors and neighbor rights and try to dominants on all resources. The main benefit of good democracy that general public could precentor of his selected leaders, while it does not possible in dictatorship, moreover in well democracy general public could also participate in the national decisions through their selected representor. And in Well democracy economy, resources and power does not controlled by one persons.

Now it depends on us that we can take benefits or bear losses, we take benefits if we select appropriate person otherwise we will face the loss. Peace and conflict is two main situations which exist in every human and also occur in state. Peace means stability, happiness and justice. While conflict means different in perceptions of persons on single issue. A country which is well stable in his economic conditions, social conditions and have good relations with neighbor countries and all other countries so it means that particular country fall in peace full condition while on the other hand such country in which economically and socially disturbance and they have not good foreign relationship with other countries so it means that specific country fall in the conflict situation. If any under developed country want to become the developed country so it is necessary for his govern authorize bodies to bring sustainability in state affairs, because due to sustainability they would become peaceful nation. So they would able to follow the footprint of the developed countries.
There is some ways to get rid out from conflicts and moved to peace. If any conflict arises so against it some powers dedicated which is use to overcome on the conflict and control the disturbance. If we talk about any firm of Human Resource department, so they responsible to solve the conflicts and bring peace in firm affairs. For it they use different type of powers. For instance sometimes employees perform well but they do not receive any benefit against their jobs so they become unsatisfied from their jobs, and conflict arises so management use reward power for compensating them and retain them with company goals, on the other hand if any one involve in disobedience of law and regulations so top level management use punish power to solve the conflict. So there is number of conflicts and also available number of powers to solve the conflicts. But If we want peace we should develop sustainability and justice in firm and these couple of factors will help to achieve peace.
If we want to develop peace in human life. We should concentrate to bring balance in individual life, we should streamline our daily operations, so that we have vivid picture of situation and we can solve personal conflicts. If we take the example of European nation so would able to know that in 20th century they were involved in number of conflicts. So they solved conflicts at that time and step forwarded toward sustainability, later on they brought sustainability with in the state and now they have become peaceful countries.
So I am concluding this essay that we start our journey from conflict and we reach at peace only when we bring sustainability and justice in our matters. If we want to achieve success as an individual person we should bring the peace in ourselves because in conflict we could not think properly anmd unable to solve the problems.

Water is the basic need of the human. Water uses almost in everything. Water uses in agriculture, it also uses in firms for production of finished goods. Due to global warming glaciers are melting rapidly. By the massive use of water, resources of clean water are coming to end. Moreover we know firms use water for production of finished goods, and their wastage of chemical and other materials mix with clean water resource and polluted the water. General public have no other resource of clean water except river, lake, dams and streams. It becomes toxic and harmful for health.
Clean water is the biggest issue of world, people are unable to drinking the clean water, by the drinking of toxic water they suffer in multiple diseases, like they suffer in stomach disorder, eye diseases, and throat diseases as well. Furthermore it also effects on the crops production, it effects on the quality of crops. Taste of crops change due to toxic water. Acidic water also effects on the health of other living things like it effects on the health of animals, majority animals die just because they drink acidic water. According to an estimate big ratio of human and animal die every year just because the usage of unclean water.
World famous organizations and NGO’s work on it and try to save the clean water resources, they presented different techniques to save the water. they are finding new water resources, for it they are concentrating on plantation of trees, because trees consider the as a deductive of water, their roots suck the water from the depth of earth, and in this way geologist find new source of waters. But this is the most traditional source of water findings. Now technology has advanced they use numerous of equipment for find the resource of clean water.
As we know that industries use clean water for their activities, so it means they are biggest consumer of clean water, they also pollute the water and main reason in shortage of clean water resources. So environment protection department advices them that they should concentrate on sustainability of environment and protection of clean water resources. Recently I read research in which author disclosed that environment protection department leak the pipe line underground. They do it just because they want to save the water from waste. Moreover in my city government installed filtration plants which filtered the water and provide clean water to general public.
At the end I am summarizing this topic by this statement, water is very important everything it is not only the responsibility of government to provide us clean water, it is responsibility of every individual person that he/she should avoid the waste of clean water, and protect the environment, we should dedicate some area for gardening because plants and trees helpful for bring the rains as well as they protect the environment. Now a days climate is changing and glaciers are melting quickly and states have to compelled to drop he water in sea, so states should be focus to build the dams as well so that they save the water in dams which is coming from the glaciers because glaciers is main source of clean water.

There is big difference between climate and weather, we can say that climate is long term condition of the environment or specific area while weather is the short term condition of particular region. Climate does not change rapidly it changes after many decades. But when climate changes so it effects on the environment greatly. But now a days, the scenario has altered from past, climate is changing rapidly. There is several reasons behind changing the climate.
Firstly the climate change due to the pollution, smoke is playing very crucial rule in changing of climate, smoke does not main reason of increase the density of pollution in air but it is main reason of increase the temperature as well. On the other hand we are cutting the plants and reducing the area of forest. Forests do not only the main source of natural resources but it would be a main source of absorb the carbon dioxide and release the oxygen, but unfortunately now dedicated area of forests are decreasing gradually, so due to this the quantity of carbon dioxide is increasing high however quantity of oxygen is coming down. Which is also core cause of the change climate.
Earthquakes play important role in change of climate, sea level high due to the earthquake and it massively effects on the climate, like intense rain, moreover temperature also increases and floods become intensive, by increasing the temperature and rain becomes intensive so it does not appropriate for crops. Furthermore due to the change of climate weathers also change and it effects on the health of human.
Climate of my city is also changing rapidly, like before two decades summer was came in mid of years and winter started from October to march, but just because of global warming winters come in the last month of year and summers come at the third month of the year. Now the temperature of country is also increasing, in summer temperature reaches 50 or 50 plus. Every year we face the flood and due to earthquake there is shortage of rain in my city. Consequently we are facing the shortage of water as well. Due to change in climate, the weathers are changing quickly and coming before specific time on the other hand persons are suffering in different diseases as well.
So we should take steps collectively and individually for protect the environment. For it initially we concentrate of tree production and enhance area of the forests so that we protect our air which is helpful for taking breathe. Moreover we should use such vehicles which are hybrid and anti-pollution engineers are working on it and produce electronic cars which produce low smoke as compare to diesel cars. By taking these steps it would possible that temperature remains under control. And collectively means government should be prepare such laws which helpful to protect the environment. In this way we would enjoy the happy life and also able to provide good environment to our children, that environment would free from illness specially illness of lungs, skin and eyes. It is our personal, social and national responsibility that we protect and deliver better and health environment to our coming generations.

Ethics are the guiding principles that govern individual actions or members of the community. Global Ethics is basically norms adapted by international community which is followed all around the world. Ethics encompasses such areas as morality, values & what is right or wrong. Standard of ethics can be used by any individuals or organization to fulfill their purposes. These rules are set to smoothly run the operations. Basically there are three levels of ethics: personal, professional & global.
Personal ethics are the general expectations of how an individual should act within a community or a society e.g how we educate our children what is right or wrong for them. How to act under some situations. Some people have set some standards. Like what time they wake up, going to school or offices, Dinner Timing, sleep time etc. These norms are followed so that everything goes under plan.
Professional Ethics are basically standard set by any institute to get the desired results. These standards are usually set in offices, schools, colleges, nursing etc. Some offices have standards like attendance system. Reports, Leave Applications etc. These are followed so that system can develop and there is no conflict of interest.
Lastly is Global Ethics. This is the most difficult of them all because these are the norms which are followed internationally. Some norms are developed so that many violations can be stopped. Like Human Right Protection. If there is something wrong going on somewhere a voice can be raised against that policy e.g Palestine, Jammu Kashmir. When there is violation of treaty, people can raise there voice so the whole world should know. But there are conflicts and dilemma, in matters like technology, social, cultural globalization. To agree on all issues are difficult. But there are need for more norms so that conflict can be resolved and it should bring peace to the whole world.

In Schools both sexes choose different type of subjects. Majority of Girls select the arts subject but on the other hand boys select the science subjects. There is certain reasons behind it, one of them is that girls select the art subjects because they are better in arts as compare to boys, and similarly boys better in science. So that is why this trend still not changed.
There is numerous of reasons that girls select the arts subjects. Girls select multiple subjects like home economics, drawing, painting etc. because these subjects typically belong to the girls. Creativity level of girls are high especially in art subjects as compare to science subjects. In other words girls have natural strength in art subjects. Furthermore Maximum ratio of girls do not willing to do a job after marriage, and that is why they select the art subjects. They think these type of subjects would support in their coming life. Moreover girls are sensitive and emotional and they understand language of art.
On the other hand, psychology has proved that boys take interest in science subject more as compare to the girls. Recent researches have proved that boys have fond to do a degree in science subjects, they love technical fields. Because maximum art subjects do not match with personality of boys. Boys love to solve the mathematical equations and it is the fact that boys have good logical and rationale thinking.
I am summarizing this essay, I have explained above that why girls choose art subjects and boy select the science subjects. Nonetheless this tendency should be changed, both genders should take interest in both subjects.

Technology has advanced and it is effecting on the education. Traditionally all students went to university and got education, but now such students who could not go university for education due to their busy routine. They could get the education through internet. Because now universities offer number of courses online. It effects positive.
Online education is considering the fashionable way of education. It is also profitable for students and teachers. Students could meet with the teacher through online and they can video chat with their lecturers, in online meeting, they do not only listen the lectures, but also discuss their problems and solutions, the classes held in the form of conference meeting. Another benefit of online classes is that students who want to get the education from international universities but they have not enough sources, so this service also facilitates them. Universities offer to complete their particular courses via online classes. Due to online education the literacy rate has also increased and it encourages the people to get the education. Online classes very convenient for such persons who want to continue their education along with the jobs at the same time.
But on the other hand, the trend of campus education is decreasing. In online education there is some few chances that perhaps lecturer could not pay attention on all students at the same time and also unable to solve the problem quickly and efficiently as compare to the actual class.
So I am concluding this essay that there is more positive effects of online classes as compare to the offline classes. Although online classes, maximum persons can able to fulfill their dreams and achieve their target objectives, as well as it is cheap source of education. So government should encourage this facility and facilitated them.

Private transport is the best source of travel from one place to other place. People uses own vehicles for personal use but on the other hand government provides public transport facility to general public. Today, there is millions of cars are running on roads, that is why the traffic jam is main problem of every big city. So I agree with this statement due to usage of personal cars the problem of traffic jam is increasing and government should take the steps to overcome the traffic jam.
In my country there is several hours very busy on roads from 9 AM to 5 PM roads pack with traffic. Government should take the steps to reduce the quantities of cars from roads so that persons could get rid out from the traffic jam problem. For it, government should increase the quality of public transport and offer good facilities, in this way government will successful to discourage the usage of private transport and somehow traffic jam problem will also reduce.
Government of my province offer metro Bus service to general public, this service is cheap and efficient as well, and also have numerous of facilities included Wi-Fi and Good atmosphere of bus station. So majority of persons who travel on this route, they use this service and feel that it is convenient as compare to our private cars. So it means government could discourage the persons to use their personal cars.
I am summarizing this topic along with the statement that government should concentrate to offer public transports which would cost and time effective as well as public transport have good other facilities. It would effect on the consumption of private transport and consequences would be decreased in the ratio of cars on the roads. So problem of traffic jam would come to end.
