Birds are the mesmerizing creatures of Allah. whenever i see them , it gives me smooth and blessed feeling. i have 3 pairs of birds as pet at my home. One is amazon,another one is Australian parrots and last one is my dearest love birds.Moreover,they all have fascinating features such as glorified eyes, multi color range etc which makes them appealing.

Nowadays, shopping centers and malls have been constructed in different areas of city and this indeed is a positive development as it caters to the needs of many people in ways like, variety of things provided under one roof , it makes shopping hassle-free as people don’t have to drive from place to place to find their required product. They get it all under one roof.
To begin with, malls and shopping centers provide a range of variety of products for the buyers. Almost all brands and products for all age groups from an infant to an adult are provided under one roof in order to satisfy customer’s shopping experience. For instance, my cousin and his wife went for shopping in a shopping mall to buy clothes for themselves. They not only bought clothes from one shop but they also bought garments from various brand shops that were open in that mall. They shopped for each other, and their child from a single mall, they had a sense of contentment.
In addition to this, huge shopping malls make the experience of shopping hassle-free since people don’t have to drive from one place to another in order to buy the product are utility they’re looking for. From home appliances, groceries, garments, and food all this provided under the same roof. For instance, a friend of mine wanted to buy a shirt, and do some groceries, but did not feel like driving from one place to another. Upon my recommendation, he went to the nearby mall, and not only bought the shirt and groceries but also ate food from the food court as he felt hungry while shopping. Thus, he was very surprised and happy to find all his desired things under one roof without driving from one point to another.
To sum up, building shopping malls and shopping centers is an encouraging development for society. They make shopping experience easy and hassle-free by providing variety of things under one roof, and making people focus more on shopping than driving from one destination to another

I agree with the statement that planting trees near housing schemes and localities is vital for our environment, due to a number of reasons. Most important of these reasons are two, trees improve health by minimizing pollution, and trees will help in possible climate change near areas where there is no rain.
Firstly, planting trees in locality is beneficial for health of the people that live around them. Planting trees is vital as they provide oxygen, and living beings need oxygen in order to survive in this world. Without trees, pollution will boost as there will be no photosynthesis, cities and localities will be dirty and unhealthy for humans to live in. For example research in the Boston University states that in 2015 due to plantation of trees in Boston. In 2016 there was 10% decrease in breathing problems of children as well as adults living in Boston.
Secondly, without plantation of trees, the cities would be hotter as with the help of plantation of trees rain occurs. Thus, it would make the climate cooler for humans to live in. If there is no rain, there will be a drought. It will impact the growth of vegetation and fruits in a negative way as they will not be provided with the required amount of water. Therefore, there will not be enough food for people to survive. For example, our government made it vital for every household to plant a tree in their yard, most of the people in our society now enjoy rain every other day, and fruits from their own grown trees like oranges and apple.
To conclude, it is vital for us to plant trees near our localities as it impacts the atmosphere in a positive way, by providing us with fresh air to breathe in. Plantation of trees is also important if we want to live in a cooler and fruitful environment. Thus, I agree with the statement that trees should be planted near cities and localities.

Nowadays, a number of people from around the globe prefer living on rent than buying their own houses as they feel renting is more favorable than buying a house. I disagree with the statement. According to me buying a house out numbers the advantages of renting it, firstly, by purchasing a house you will be the owner of the house and no one will be able to make you leave the house. Secondly, if you own a house you can amend or set it up according to your own need and preference.
Firstly, buying a house is preferable as it will give you possession of the property. It would be your house, you will not have to worry about where to move next if the tenant asked you to move out. You can live in the same house for lifelong as you will own it. For instance, a friend of mine was always worried about her accommodation as after every few months, her tenant would ask her to move out, and she would have nowhere to go due to the fact that she did not own a house.
Moreover, having a house of your own gives you freedom to do whatever you want. Whether it is initiating it’s construction or doing some alteration in the current plan like, building another room or a new washroom where you want, or even changing the colors of the wall of your house according to your preference. You can set your own house according to your requirements because you own it. For example, when I shifted from a tenant’s house to my own house, I was so happy as I felt like I was in charge of the house, and I could do whatever I want with it. So I changed the color of the walls from white to purple and pink. I preferred it this way, but was not allowed to change anything in the previous house as it was not my own house.
To sum it all up, owning a house is better than living on rent. Purchasing the house gives you freedom, and power to do whatever you want with it. It also gives you the satisfaction that you own your home, and no one can make you leave the house.

With increasing population and when nowadays almost everyone owns a private car, causing a lot of traffic and pollution problems. Some people believe that, increasing the price of petrol will reduce the traffic problems and pollution. In my opinion, it will help to some extent.
In the big cities where people come from different surrounding areas to work or to get education, traffic problems are common. There work places are very far from their homes, so they have to use cars or bikes. These things required fuel to run and the carbon dioxide gas which emits from these things as a buy product causes air pollution. Moreover, people miss use the horn of their cars, which ultimately causing noise pollution. If the petrol price rises, then people will prefer to use public transport for traveling. Apart from that, they will also prefer to walk more or use bicycles. For instance, in Denmark the petrol prices are very high. To compensate this thing, the government has opened different stations from where you can rent a bicycle and reach your office or school.
Although increasing the petrol prices will help in reducing traffic and pollution problems, there are some other factors which will also be beneficial. Instead of just increasing the price of fuel, government should aware the citizens regarding use of electric vehicles. They should subsidize the manufacturing of electric vehicles. For example, in 2005, German government rised the fuel prices because people there, instead of using electric vehicles, they prefer petrol engine cars because electric vehicles were expensive. So by rising the petrol prices and give subsidy on buying electric vehicle with upgrading the local public transport, government tackled the traffic and pollution problem.
To conclude, by increasing the fuel prices will reduce the traffic and pollution problems but at the same time it will rise some other factors which will cause some serious problems if certain measures will not be taken alongside.

In this twenty first century, where everyone is working hard to earn a living, there is an argument roaming around regarding the decreasing in level of fitness and increasing in people’s weight. This is happening because of innumerable reasons which we will be discussing in this essay.
It is observed that these things are more seen in those people who are 25-40 years old. The reason is that, most of them have jobs which consist of sitting in front of their computer for like 8 to 10 hours. Working all day by sitting at the same place is one of the reasons of increasing weight. Furthermore, after coming back home they become so tired that they cannot engage themselves in any healthy exercise. For instance, I worked in a design office for almost one year where I had to sit in front of my table and work for 9 hours and after that I got so tired that I had skip gym and other sport activities which consist of running and exercise.
Although lack of exercise is one of the major cause of lack of fitness and weight increase, poor diet and eating excess of junk food is another reason. Eating junk food a lot is something which is increasing exponentially in our generation. However, in past people were habitual of eating at home where the food was healthy. Now they prefer junk food which contains a lot of fats. For example, according to a survey conducted by Punjab Food Authority, 70% of the people who are in their 20 to 40 age, prefers to eat junk food one meal per day which is more than a limit to have a healthy life.
In conclusion, improper diet and junk food is causing weight increase and at the same time lack of exercise is the major cause of decreasing in fitness levels.

Continuing a particular job during an entire life is preferable to many, rather than changing it constantly. I completely affirm this is a positive approach, reason being transferring a job is tiresome as well as it decreases a chance of future growth. For instance, my friend, who always considers commercial as a misspend of time, bought a samsung phone for dollars 5500, from a super mart, as super marts also sell these electronic items. After few days, he came to know that the samsung’s own company is selling it for dollar 5300. Thus, if he searched for it before buying via advertisement, he could save 200 dollars.

To encapsulate, people should give importance to advertisement because they would get an indispensable perks of it, which they would not avail without being perceived. As well as, advertisers should make those kind of commercials, which persuades people to take interest in it, instead of taking it as time wastage.

Employers usually ask for personal details whenever hiring for a specific job, as they believe that it will be useful during hiring process. Few people agree on this statement, while others say it is pointless. According to my opinion, it is vital to protect outskirts by avoiding building homes there. If rural areas will be utilized for building homes, it would greatly affect the economy as agriculture is being done there. Moreover, it will also affect the atmosphere, as it will increase population in the villages.

Firstly, the economy will greatly be affected, if rural areas are utilized for building homes, as people will have to destroy farmland in order to construct houses. Farming is the backbone of economy. Thus, destroying farmland will affect the economy in a negative way. For instance, Pakistan’s economy largely depends on farming, it also exports fruits and vegetables, but politicians allowed housing schemes to be built in rural areas. Due to which, agriculture production has gone down and as a result Pakistan who used to export vegetables and fruits, now has to import them from other countries.

Secondly, constructing houses and home schemes in the outskirts will affect the atmosphere in a negative way. Noise and air pollution is mostly faced by people living in cities, as there are a lot of houses, offices, and traffic in cities. As compared to cities, villages have less to almost no pollution. Thus, people often visit villages in order to enjoy fresh air and clean environment. Building houses in the village will increase pollution in the village, affecting our atmosphere negatively. For example, when I was younger, we often used to visit village two hours away from our home, in order to consume fresh air and avoid noise pollution. Now we rarely go there as it seems the same as the city we live in. since there are now housing scheme built in the village too.

To conclude, one should avoid building houses in the outskirts to save our home countries economy and atmosphere.

Friends play vital role in everyone’s life. It is believed by some people that while choosing friends one should see whether they support the same point of view as you do or not. On the contrary, some say that there should be a difference of opinion between friends in some situations. According to my opinion, having friends that agree with you are as important as the friends that disagree with your decision. My point will further be elaborated in the essay before coming to a conclusion.

Firstly, friends that agrees with you and supports you in your decisions, play a vital role in building your confidence. Confidently, you’ll be able to take even the hardest decisions, if you’re being supported and backed by your friends on that decision. For instance, I won an award for best film in university due to experimenting and using new angles to shoot the film. Encouragingly and confidently, I shot it as I had support of my friends. They will help you when you are about to commit a mistake, or are about to take a bad decision in your life. They will help you by indicating that the decision you are about to take might be harmful to you and that could even turn your life into a disaster. For example, once I was saved from an accident, I was driving really fast as there was no traffic on the road at night. My friend that accompanied me in the car insisted me to slow down as he thought we might hit an animal crossing the road at this time of night. I didn’t want to slow down, but I did because of my friend. A few blocks later, we saw ducks crossing the road, and they were only visible since our car was being driven slowly.

To conclude, I believe that friends of both types that support you and those that disagree with you are important to have in your life. Some will be there to build your confidence that you have the power to do anything while others will protect you by guiding you what is doable and what is not doable.

With this rapid increase in online shopping specially, I firmly believe and agree that all the brands will close their outlets, and move their businesses online. There are a number of reasons that influence growth in online buying and selling, most prominent ones being, how online shopping is facilitating the customer, and how no amount of time is being wasted while doing online shopping.
Firstly, majority of people do not feel the need to go out in order to but their desired product, they can purchase it while sitting at home by clicking on add to cart. People prefer online shopping as they do not have to go through all the hassle of getting ready to go for shopping. It is convenient as they can purchase their required product at home. Furthermore, online shopping facilitates them by making shopping hassle-free, and buy letting the customer buy the product from the comfort of their homes. For instance, the other day I wanted to buy a gift for my mother’s birthday. Neither did I feel like driving, nor did I want to go out while my mother was still in my house. I ordered a beautiful set of earrings for her online. Thus, they got delivered on her birthday, and she was extremely happy, and surprised to receive her present. Therefore, I was a satisfied customer who preferred online shopping.
Secondly, online shopping saves time. One only has to type the desired product name on the search bar in order to find it. Whereas, while shopping in a shop, one has to drag a cart with him or her, and go through a number of shelves of product wasting time in order to find the one product that is required. For instance, my cousin went to a shop to purchase a speaker for his television, after a lot of search, he was unable to find the one he desired. He went home, and searched for the same product online and found it within seconds. Thus, he purchased it.
To conclude, shopping online is no longer a trend, it is a necessity as life is getting busier. People prefer to be facilitated by buying products while being in their homes, and not wasting time to get out for shopping. Thus, I agree with the statement that there is no future for outlets and shopping centers as more and more people are buying things online.

Male and females usually have different strengths and weaknesses. God made them that way in order to complete each other, not to compete with each other. I strongly believe that if males and females had equal strength and both were capable of doing everything. Than everything would be of the same importance as everyone would be able to do it. Men are stronger naturally, and women are multi-taskers so they should be offered to do the required job my keeping in mind their strengths and weaknesses.
On the one hand, women are deemed to be weak when it comes to physical strength, but they are experts at multitasking. Although female are not able to move or pick up heavy things while doing any job, they are on the other hand good at managing multiple tasks at once. Calmly, women are able to do a number of tasks without getting stressed. Therefore they should be offered jobs accordingly, by keeping in mind their positive and negative characteristics. For instance, majority of women I know are event managers, they manage multiple events some time being held in one day, and these multiple events include various duties to be looked after, like decoration, food, and entrance to the halls, etc. Only a woman can go through all the hassle while arranging events, calmly. On the other hand, despite that fact that men are not multi-taskers, they are extremely competent at using the muscle power they have while doing a job. Males are gifted with strength naturally, whether they look slim, or fat, they are still extremely capable of utilizing their strength while performing in job. Therefore, jobs that require lifting of heavy equipment should employ males only as they will fit the criteria, perfectly. For instance, movers and helpers that help a family move from one house to another, by lifting heavy household things and furniture. Shifting their entire heavy belongings form one house to another. Movers gets the furniture and equipment from one house , lift and load it carefully in a huge truck , or van in order to transport it to the another house. After reaching the other house, they have to unload the heavy belongings and place them according to the requirements of the house owner. All this heavy lifting is done by no one other than men. Men are perfectly suitable for this job.
To conclude, men and women are naturally different, they both have their own characteristics. Therefore, it is vital to offer them the jobs accordingly, by keeping in mind their strengths and weaknesses.
