Parents are known as the best mentors for children to make them a civilised citizens, but somehow others disapprove it.They believe that teachers are responsible for the children’s well being in the society.In my opinion both teachers and parents are responsible for grooming of the child however, parents should play a greater role than teachers.
Parents are always the role model to their children.Children mostly copy their parent’s dealings and behaviour.Consequently, parents relation and attitude can change the personality and character of their children.Parents can easily inject good thoughts into their children through setting good examples of their own behaviour. For example, if parents follows rules and regulations in every walk of life, then those qualities will automatically be transfer to their children. Children learn life lessons from their parents without any fear, because of the love and affection they have for their children.
While,on the other hand, some people believe that educational institutions has greater role than the parents to teach them how to be a good member of society. Educational institutions are meant to teach children in studies and in improving discipline as well.Primarily,Children spent most of the time with their parents as compared to the schools and besides this educational institutions aren’t well aware of the cultural and family values of the children. Therefore, parents can teach more properly and keenly to their children than the school.
In conclusion, educational institutions do play a great part in well being of the children ,having said that, parents role is far greater than the school. Parents guiding is more effective than the school so, parents should take more responsibility to make their children civilised citizen.

It is a common problem nowadays that working people don’t exercise during the working day or in their leisure time, consequently, they end up having health problems. I will elaborate on some reasons why the exercise is neglected by working people and how they can be encouraged to incorporate an exercise routine in their daily lives.

Firstly, the primary issue that the working-class face is having little to no time for exercise from their tough routines. They work from 9 to 5 in the offices and factories and are engaged in house chores when they return to their homes. Such tough routines don’t allow them to join a gym or perform simple exercises at home. Moreover, Going to bed late and waking up in a hurry to get to offices contribute to having little time for a morning walk.

Another reason for not getting exercise is that most working people have little intent for it. They don’t understand the importance of being physically fit and take such approaches for granted. They usually spent their leisure time in front of the TV Set while sitting on a couch, or on social media. However, young people, who often are curious about appearance and fitness do exercise to keep themselves in shape but since their goal is usually short term, they lose interest very soon.

We can encourage working people to get exercise by telling them the health benefits they can derive from it. It can be done through media campaigns and celebrity endorsements. Moreover, the development of more Gyms and sports complexes in the populated areas could contribute to healthy culture in the society.

Nowadays, whole world is suffering from many diseases but the major one is “obesity”. in the past, only adults were suffering from this, but with the passage of time, children are also affected. There are many reasons of obesity in children, and there are also some precautions
That can be taken to protect the children from this disease. I will explain both aspects in this essay.

The most common cause of obesity in children is their love and affection for fast food and its excessive use. If you go around any part of the day to any famous fast food chain like MacDonald’s, KFC, you will find it very hard to have a vacant table to eat and sit. Parents especially mothers, take their kids to these fast food chains to avoid the stress of cooking. Kids love to go to these chains with their parents, and this process is repeated 2 or 3 time a weak. Sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and cold drinks are a favorite meal of children nowadays, but all of them contain high level of cholesterol and sugar, which causes obesity in them. Some children eat fast-food from breakfast to dinner. According to a survey conducted in New York, 8 out of 10 families visit to fast food chain at least once a week.

Second major cause of obesity in children is distance form outdoor sports. In the early days, children were eager to play outdoor games such as cricket, football and basketball etc, but now these have been replaced by social media, mobile phones and video games. Kids sit and grab a mobile phone or play station after having a meal and enjoy it for hours. Because of not walking and sitting on one place constantly for hours, stomach does not get time to digest the food, which causes obesity in them.

Te best way to protect children from obesity is to make them habitual to eat homemade food. The role of mothers in doing this is very crucial. Mother have to take responsibility of cooking in home on regular basis along with other household works. Parents should guide their children the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, and should also tell them that these are way better than pizza and burgers. They should also convince their children to drink fresh juices instead of fizzy drinks by telling them that these fresh juices give energy and power to body, and help to balance the body. It may seem difficult in the beginning so in the case, kids can also be given home-baked sandwiches and burgers because a meal baked at home is way better than that of outside.

Obesity can also be overcome by perusing children to play outdoor games such as cricket and football etc. These have been proved as fun on one side and physical exercise on the other. These outside games help the stomach to digest food; thus, a child can never be a victim of obesity. These outdoor games are the only means by which immature kids can be encouraged exercising.

To conclude, I would like to say that children are commonly affected by obesity due to excessive use of junk food and spending too-much time on social media. Parents should also plan to stop their kids by having these junk foods and fizzy drinks; moreover, outdoor games should be encouraged and indoor ones should be discouraged.

Although these days children are more indulged in indoor activities such as video games, TV, etc, outdoor activities are equally important for physical and mental health. In my opinion, outdoor activities have so many positive perspectives such as it helps the children to get in touch with different people that build a sense of confidence among them. Furthermore, it also beneficial for physical fitness. In this essay, I’ll describe the positive sides of outdoor activities. Moreover, I will discuss other activities parents should encourage the children to do, and what would be the consequences of doing that.

First of all, outdoor activities develop confidence in children. By taking part in outdoor activities, they would be able to meet various kinds of people. They are able to learn about their culture, values, and languages. As a result, they become more confident as compare to other children who didn’t get out of their comfort zone. In an article published by John Duo, It is mentioned that 99% of the children who take participate in outdoor activities become more confident as compare to other children who don’t have alacrity to be indulged in outdoor activities.

Secondly, children who have an inclination towards outdoor activities such as football, cricket, etc are physically active and strong. Outdoor games are an imperative part of the exercise, and it helps to boost our stamina that makes our immune system strong and healthy. It is observed that the children who take participate in outdoor games have a strong immune system that can easily fight bacterias, and make them physically strong and enthusiastic.

Apart from outdoor activities, parents should also motivate their children to take an interest in other activities such as reading biographies and histories of our heroes. There are innumerable benefits of doing that. Firstly, they became good readers. Secondly, reading biographies of our legends motivate and teach them how to tackle the situations wisely, and helps them in character building.

In a nutshell, I want to say that outdoor activities have tremendous positive effects on the grooming of children. Despite this fact, some other activities are equally important like reading life stories of our mentors that would help them in character building. Briefly, it all depends upon parents to motivate their children to be indulge in positive activities.

The common notion prevails in the minds of people is that among greed, lust, drug addiction and mental health issues being the cause of crimes, poverty is the greatest adversity that leads to the most crimes in the world. I vindicate this view since in my opinion poverty is such vice that it might lead a completely sane man to commit a crime so heinous that he wouldn’t think of doing it in normal circumstances.

Firstly, a poor man is prone to rob a wealthy man in a situation where he finds his child being hungry or ill and he is unable to produce food or medicine because he is out of work either because of limited job opportunities or any other reason. The temptation to loot might become stronger when he will encounter the elite class enjoying the luxuries of life while he and his offspring are deprived of basic necessities of life. This is one of the primary reasons of higher crime rate of developing nations.

The causation of crimes due to greed, lust and mental health issues also contribute to the total crime rate to some extent, nevertheless, poverty remains the primary reason. Greed of having more by unfair means, lechery and pedophilia might be eliminated from the members of the society by moral training and education but to eliminate crimes related to poverty, a stable economy is required where the goal of the government should be keeping the citizen above the poverty line, a goal in which most of the governments are struggling.

To conclude, when members of the society aren’t provided with the opportunities towards financial stability, when class difference prevails and they don’t have access to food, shelter and health facilities available to them, the poverty will remain the top reason of most crimes.

Some people says that the government spend too much money in protecting wildlife because wildlife is as much important as human life and it plays an important role in human survival on this planet. At the same time, there are some other major issues on which government should put there effort and invest money on those things also. I believe that at some extent, saving the nature and wildlife is important . But at the same time other major issues are as precedence as protecting wildlife.
Investing money in protection wildlife is a good thing and it has always been a government’s one of the top priority. As in wildlife, it is a life cycle where animals eat other animals and when these animals die , same animals becomes diet of insects and other microorganism. It is a biological cycle due to which life due to which life is sustained in forests. Moreover, These forests helps in protecting the nature and plays vital role in maintaining the temperature of earth. According to the New York Times, the government of Vietnam spent 1 billion dollars to re-rehabilitate their forests. Due to this investment, the average temperature of their major cities is reduced by 2 degree Celsius. Furthermore, their exports of good quality wood is increased by 20%.
We know that protecting wildlife and nature is something which can’t be ignored. But ignoring the other issues or taking less interest in those areas of importance will be a very big mistake a government can do. Main problems which can be faced by any country or nation are less employment, poverty, pollution etc. Government should invest in different industrial areas so that it generates employments. Moreover, it also helps in reducing the poverty. For instance, In 2015 the ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of technology of Pakistan contacted different IT’s companies and request them to come and open their head offices in Pakistan and train Pakistani youth. The government will subsidized this training project. At that time only one or two companies accept this offer and invested but now after five years there are more than 30 multinational IT companies head offices in Pakistan including Facebook, YouTube and Google.
So now we know that spending money on protecting wildlife is beneficial for humans but the thing government needs to understand that wildlife is not the only thing people concern. Investing on other major issues is also important.

Nowadays, parents want their children to participate more in outdoor activities. parents should also consider some other things for good parenting. In my opinion, this practice will help in socializing more to outer world which would result into development of confidence in child as well as it will be beneficial for their mental and physical health.
Outdoor activities possess positive effects on mental and physical health as children are more attracted towards gadgets such as mobile phones, and playstation for playing video games for longer hours. Mobile usage by children has been increased, which deteriorate their health while outdoor activities will help in keeping them physically fit. A recent survey stated that 96% of children spend more than 4 hours a day on mobile phone and other gadgets which is an alarming situation.
Outdoor activites increases stamina and boost immunity of the child, which keeps children at bay from diseases and depression. Parents should also encourage their child to indulge in indoor activities which will make parents- children bond stronger. In a recent study in America, it is proven that children who spend more time with their parents while playing with them have a happier life
In conclusion, I think that outdoor activities must be promoted amongst children for their better health and indoor activities will result into stronger bond with parents as that will lead to a happier and healthier child.

Some people think that the government should spend money on railways. Others believe that there should be more investment in new roads.
Discuss both views.

Although roads and railways are the essential sources of commutation, the government should spend money on the advancement of these. In this essay, I will discuss both perspectives such as railways are the faster way of traveling, and roads are the basic platform of a daily commute. In my opinion, it should be the first priority of the government to spend money on roads.

Roads are the mandatory platform for the mundane commutation. Therefore, roads should be clean and without any obstacles. If the roads have any hurdles, there would be a traffic blockage. Furthermore, people would face difficulty while reaching their destination. Its the primary responsibility of the government to spend money on roads. For instance, there was a road broken on the way to my office. As a result, I had to face 30 mins of traffic blockage, and I become late. Fortunately, when the government overcomes that obstacle, I reached my workplace before time.

Now a days, railways are the fastest way of commutation since there is no traffic blocker on railways tracks. People prefer to travel on trains when they have to visit other cities. Thus, there is no rush over there like roads. It’s our government’s duty to spend money on the maintenance and advancement of railways. In a recent article published by John Duo, it is stated that our government spends 100 million dollars on the improvement of trains that is highly appreciable.

In a nutshell, both visions are highly noticeable. The government should invest money and resources on the improvement of roads and railways. In my opinion, It should be the first priority of the government to look forward to the maintenance of roads as they are used for daily commutation.

Nowadays, people believe that events such as international car free day can reduce air pollution and other might think the other way that polution can be reduced by many other ways as well. Although car free day can reduce air pollution, it would be better to use other ways because it is temporary solution while other ways can provide long term benefits such as doing plantation, lesser use of gadgets releasing CFC’s, using eco-friendly gadgets, providing awareness and ease in use of public transport can provide promising results.

Now a days, movies and films are one of the most popular sources of entertainment with vast categories and genres. On the other hand, computer games are taking entertainment and leisure to next level, in some cases, close to reality. Movies and interactive games leave a long-lasting impact on mindsets of the users and one would argue either it is negative or positive impact. In this piece of writing, we will discuss the effect of violent films and video games on the consumer and or it just does not cast any negative impact, but only entertainment.
In recent times, we have seen number of incidents where a person is committing gun violence and killing or hurting people like the violent games where you must do vandalism or shoot people to earn money or to be a mafia boss. Cinema has also substantial influence over the society and it has been observed that people would do the stunts or try to replicate the acts being done in an action movie and caused fatal injury or in some cases loss of life.
Statically there are many studies have been done and came to the inference that watching action films and playing violent games could have adverse effects on the user and urge them to do the same and end up hurting others in society or themselves.
On the contrary, there are number of opinions where users suggest otherwise and take it as entertaining and relaxing. According to them, movies and video games of the said category is being discussed here are just only for fun.
The promotors of action movies and games justify it that in reality it is a business and there is huge public demand and blockbuster action movies are welcomed by audience. Similar trajectory has been also observed in video games business and best video games are violent and or action in nature for example PubG, fortnite, Delta force etc.
We all have read or heard that technology itself is not bad, it’s the use of it that makes it so. Although, the above statement seems to be true, we cannot endorse the violent content either in movies or video games.

In recent times, significant raise in population has been witnessed at large cities in the world. This essay will discuss reasons that could be responsible for this problem and also put forward several solutions to combat this issue.

This could be done by rescheduling the budget allocation plans by raising the proportion of investment for these areas. This can help uplifting the backward communities which might have been overlooked by the state management. For example investing more in educational amenities and work employment conditions in these places.
In conclusion, gaint urban hubs are overloaded by continueslly increasing inhabitants around the globe. This issue can be controlled by balancing the provision of essential facilities through out the country rather focusing on the large cities to provide uniform working and educational opportunities by reconsidering and redrafting the budgetory and investment policies.

Although games and movies are the source of entertainment , some games and films pays negative impact on mental health. It contains lots of action and violence. However , some people believe that these stuff is for relaxment , while other believe that it effects worse ,and should be banned. In my opinion , the violence material is dangerous for mental health and should be blocked. In this essay , I’ll demonstrate the both perspectives.
First of all , let’s discuss the opinion that says , some entertainment stuff promotes violence and hate among the generation ,and should be diminish for being on aired. There are numerous entertainment movies available on youtube that are related to war , and people killing each other. On the other hand , there are several games that are related to guns ,and battle .For instance , PUBG is the well known game ,and very popular among the young generation . The game concept is to kill the opponent parties members with latest guns ,and doing bloodshed. By playing these games , our young generation are familiar with the kinds of guns ,and other war materials which is not appreciating. In recent newspaper , it is published that a young boy killed his friend as he is very inspired with PUBG game. That’s why, these kind of games ,and movies spread violence ,and hate in our society.

Let’s move to the other side of arguments which is , the entertainment stuff are the source of relaxment and pleasure. No doubt , there are the list of entertainment movies and available on internet that are the source of enjoyment. For instance , baby days out , the beauty and the beast etc. People can watch these stuff in their free time. Similarly, some interesting games are also available on play store such as piano tiles. I personally really liked this game as the music used in this is so mesmerizing ,and pacifying that relax the mind ,and soul without any harm.
In a nutshell , every kind of entertainment stuff is accessible on internet. It depend upon us which one we picked. In my opinion , people should watch .and play the material that have no side effects on mental health. Alternatively , the movies and games that promote violence ,and hate should be removed from the internet.
