The efficiency is the quality of being efficient. Human life cycle starts from childhood where he play and learn then after a certain time he becomes young, energetic and feel the power to conquer any problem that will come on his way to success and then he become old he feel weak though he has greater experience as he do when he was young.
As a human our efficiency of doing continues work decrease with the passage of time, when we become old we can’t perform the tasks with our full efficiency and focus as we do in our young age because when we are young we are physically and mentally fit but it depends on our working field that either an aged person can do work or has to be replaced. For Example an aged person cannot do work in a factory of Steel Mill where he has to hard work in order get paid but he can’t because he cannot do hard work after his specific age as a human so he has to be replace. But on the other hand if an aged person work in a Software House as a software developer his value is greater than a young software developer because software developing require experiences and different coding technique which a developer learn with a passage of time

There is transportation blockage problem just because of over population. Oxygen is becoming less in the air. Trees and parks are demolished for the sake of broad infrastructure. First of all, pollution caused by increasing number of traffic vehicles is major concern to our environment like traffic congestion on roads,highways in urban area, make air more dangerous by releasing carbon dioxide through combustion of petrol and even though petrol leakage from some cars,buses stays for longer time during raining season which actually affect vehicles to lose their grip on roads and thus how accidents happen more frequently.On other hand water on roads gets contaminated and then eventually drains into lakes,rivers,ocean .The impact of this on marine environment reflects into various unkown diseases which scientists are still discovering.In addition to this traffic congestion is accounted as contributor factor of noise pollution in society.

The term ‘interests’ have many examples, that an individual especially children would like to do in order to spend their time happily. Most of the elders or grown-ups want to develop any interest to have a relaxing moment in their busy schedule. In the past it would not be possible to entertain ourselves with such interests because of the fewer number of choices a person has in order to accomplish the above mentioned task which normally results in an unhappy life-cycle.
These days schools are actively indulging children in many interests. This may be for many reasons but the most important one would be to ascertain certain facts that would help a child in developing future skills. But in order for this to happen an educational institution has to throw all sorts of interests towards children and let them decide which one they prefer. This approach could also be referred as persuasion approach.
Alternatively if the above doesn’t yield any fruit, the compulsion approach can be used. In such cases all the children can give a small test to fill the gaps of their likes and dislikes and with the help of some analysis on such facts a child interest can be figured out. With that information in hand only those candidates would be selected in which the institution has the highest level of expertise.

There are also some other motivational factors.the most important factors are commitment towards work,do work with vigor and zest which are very important for success.As people work hard to achieve the aims and goals of life. People work hard to fulfill wishes of their Parents , As every parents want that their children would get a high position in society.
There are some people who say that money is not important to them, they are only working because they like working. Maybe this holds true for some of them but for most people, money is an important drive.
No one wants to do anything for free (except, of course, for charity work). It is only when there is money involved then we will be more motivated to work hard and achieve the goals.
If anyone wants to live high standardization life then he/she would have a lot of money to spend on clothes, on meal etc. No one could buy a car without having a huge amount of money.

Besides that lack of basic facilities such as specific medical treatment,institutes for higher education also draws them towards cities which have better infrastructure and international facilities.
All these need to be considered while solving the problem of overpopulation in the cities.Government have to plan and effectively implement programmes to provide alternative vocational options for it’s rural citizens so they need not have to move out just for earning their bread and butter.Moreover,a good health and educational facilities need to be made available in every district.

There are copious causes of smoking such as lung cancer,various heart problems,it also weakens immune system,it also causes mouth cancer,the number of red blood cells in blood also decreased due to smoking.
But if one asks a chain smoker he/she will winnow out all these charges.They will reply that it comforts them.Teen agers are mostly captivated by the charm of smoking but they are unaware that by paying money they are moving towards their death. Some times smoking becomes the demand of company;moreover in order to fit in that situation one has to adopt smoking but gradually it becomes a habit.
Now the question is,why smoking should be banned?The apt answer to this question is,it should be banned because it causes many health problems.It is right but smoking also creates other issues like it is harmful for milieu ,it causes suffocation, it becomes a source of irritation for others.
Many orders have been passed against smoking in hospitals, court rooms,public transport but yet there is no implementation of these rules.

Therefore, the zoos increase their knowledge and inspire them to know more about the animal kingdom.
Secondly,animals have good conditions for the existence because they always have a food and water.thirdly,they are saved from hunters and other animals.

Internet plays a vital role in our life.Internet provides us a lot of information related to every field of life.this is true that internet has made information so handy perhaps internet has many advantages in our life but at the same time, its spoiling our children with all the adult content.I would like to demonstrate both sides of the matter.
Firstly,internet is a cheaper source of information.Internet has become an inevitable part of human life. It plays a very important role in our society. Internet has been perceived to be of several dimensions to its users. It is a medium of communication between remote users, a mechanism to share information, a means of publishing information globally and a near-exhaustive repository of information.
Secondly,Internet is actually a sea of information. Anything and everything is accessible with the help of internet. It has many advantages like e-commerce, internet banking, railway ticket booking, online examination and so on.
similarly internet has disadvantages too. It opens a door to cyber crimes. People become lazy sitting too long in-front of computers. Addiction to internet is another drawback. Children spends a lot of time on internet and play games that’s why the prevalence of obesity is increasing in adults.there are many problems which could be raised like eye side weakness.
the information on internet is not reliable on different websites if you have no idea about websites, Another important thing to say is don’t use to see the explicit content because it can endanger our concentration in our subjects.The internet, however, can be harmful to children and adults in quite a few ways. Online predators are always out preying on children who will willing give away their personal information. Children may also “stumble” across sites that are inappropriate for them. Some problems for adults that are caused by the internet are pornography, lack of real-life relationships, laziness, and gambling.
Nevertheless,This is fact that internet is huge source of information and play a important role in our life. Its in our hand how we use internet, productive way or destructive way. -
Some people believe that only pupils of similar interests should be given admissions in schools.Others are of the opinions that schools should be open to all children with varied interests.
Education is the fundamental right of a child provided by a state. Schooling is the way to educate the children in a society. In different countries certain trends are exercising for a student admission in the school. Some people believe that schools should categorize into different groups according to the pupil interests. Pupil of similar interests should go at the same school. Because they want to emphasize same kind of tasks. They will be able to explore their abilities in the right direction. The institutes specialized for specific fields may provide students the precise educational and research base recreational facilities because they would be addressing the groups of students having common interests.
On the hand many people strongly oppose that opinion. According to them this decision will limit the students to achieve their career goals. Students should have the liberty to get admission according to their own consent. Already there are many factors considered by the students as hurdles to get admission in school. For instance some students don’t like to admission in a school situated far away from their residence or pupil themselves categorized the schools in different rankings for the admission.
The slogan of “education for all” reflects the education is for all at all places. There should be no barrier which create any distance for a student to get his/her career achievement. It should be only up to the students that where they want to get admission, what they want to gain in their educational process and what is the criteria by which they categorized the educational institutes. -

Many people think that starting a business is very mysterious process. They want to start a business but thry do not know they will have to face good and bad circumstances. There is always risks and fluctuations in business. So before starting a business mind should be ready to face every situation.
So, before starting any type of business I want to evaluate my skills, stemina, experience, links, kniwldege and savings. These evaluations will lead me to know whether would I handle any business or not. There are some businesses which are attracting me from the start of my career which includes production comapnies like pharmaceuticals and garments companies and others of this nature.
It’s my good luck I got a chance of working in a pharmaceutical company. I worked 12 years for that company and got experience.
Experience, decision making, handling ability, management and selection are the key factors of starting any business. So, I want to start a “Pharmaceutical company”. I know it is hard to handle this business because there are many health concious and hygiene issues which are difficult to handle. There are many documentations and inspections. This business is technologically intensive.
This business has a great market repute and profitability margins. I am also interested because I want to contribute in the betterment of people’s health by producing high quality products. Pakistan is facing problem of rapidly increasing viruses and deseases;moreover, many people expires. Our medical conditions are deteriorating in our country. Some companies hire people without taking their compelte medical and ecperience. It doesn’t matter for them that people are being effected by their negligence. They are making products by copying others methods without any SOPs and just playing with others lives.
I want to work on all these negligencies and will produce high quality products by importing raw materials. People’s health means a lot for me. It hurts when I see the people effected by low quality medicines even some expire. All these factors encourage me;furthermore, my passion pushes me to start this business and contirbute in the safety measures of people’s health. -

People intend to take it to relax their mind but in actual its consequences are detirmental and dire. Smoking boost up the blood circulation which results in anger, anxiety, frustration and depression. It causes lungs and mouth cancer. According to survey 80% of people are effected by lungs cancer and others are mouth cancer victims.
Smoking is not onle effects the human body but also polluting the air. When there is a person smokes in a room, room is got tremendously suffocated. In addition, it becomes difficult to breath in. Even other people do not feel like to sit with the smoker.
Smoking not only effect the active smoker but also effect the passive smoker direly. Passive smoker having cough while sitting with the smoker;moreover, one feels problem in breathing.
Youth and even children are also attracting to this bad habbit rapidly. Children’s bad company provoke them and they start inhaling in a charm. They just want to try but afterward they become addicted ;futhermore, they become a chunk of chain smokers.
Now question is raised whether it should be banned or not? As far as I am concerned, it should be banned because it has dire effects on health. When we are young we are energetic we have the passion to achieve more. We have are ready to face the challenges of life. Most of us take risk. However with the passage of time things start getting old. Nothing will remain forever. Our physical strength decreases as we grow old. After every five years you will see a gradual fall in your stamina and efficiency. When you are young you can work for long hours. But after a certain age you will start exhausted by focusing hard for a longer period of time.
I have heard from many sports start at the age of 40 they said that their reflexes are not as active as they were before. On one side the efficiency decrease and on the other hand the experience increases. The experinec person is always considered to be more valuable and reliable. It happens in every field and working domains. Experience doctors are preferred on youth. Same is the case for lawyers, teachers, and designers and for every profession. But that does not mean that you don’t need youth.
Youth cannot replace old people in working fields they both need each other. Old people have experience and more knowledge then young ones however the young can work hard and fast. The old become their managers, coach and mentors, the youth act as a tool which have the efficiency to do a quality job. Both complement each other.
In every successful venture you will find a blend of youth and old experience people working together. It’s a work life cycle these youth when got experience then they will become managers and supervisor. We need someone to look after and supervise the job of other. Can this be possible and workable that some young staff is supervisor of the other young staff? It will create more conflicts in working fields. The experience people have learn from their mistakes. They have spent the life on a job and got experience. They have gone and face different and a number of scenarios and then got their solution. So they can share their experience.

It is say that “NO pain No Gain”.The Idea of going overseas for university study can be more meaningful and interesting for the students.People who stay at home country will never get a different experience and obviously, they are less likely to stay behind the times and advancement.
Firstly, the main reasons why students prefer foreign countries for study would be: they always seek some changes regards to their education. If it is foreign countries, they can learn different languages and cultures while it is impossible if they constantly stay at one place. This aspect helps them to gain experience as well as knowledge. For instance, in many overseas countries, once students complete their degree or course, those countries offer a wide variety of opportunities to get into a prestigious company.
Furthermore,Independent life style is a big and significant part in one person life.people in broad are highly benefited. Many people in other countries want to run their life on their own. Media create hype. Media reflects people behavior and society norms. It always show what people want to see. Public always have interest in famous people lives. They wants to know the personal lives of actors, politicians and business owners. However in most of the times media seems to cross its limits. They tried to interfere the life of the famous people. Advertisements is the major source of earning for a TV channel. They always struggle for their ratings so that they could get more and more viewers. They wants to show something which attracts people and in that way they get more earning.
Being unfair to any famous figure is part of a job for journalists. So media always go for stunts. It tried to highlight the negative aspect of famous people lives. They are working on a defined agenda. If they start saying that everything is fine ever one doing his or her job properly. Then no one paid attention to them.
I want to highlight another aspect which is that they are public figures. Politicians get vote from people and then elected and start working in the parliament. Similarly it’s the public who make these actors famous by watching their movies same is the case for a sports star. They are role models for their followers. People expect that they should be clean. For that reason they should also be accountable in front of public. In some cases you will see that these figure start violating law and then they have to be answerable for that. However if they have not convicted anything which is against the law then it would be unfair to make false impression about their lives.
A part from all these things we should have an equilibrium in our society. These public figures also have a family and kids. They also want to spend time with their family and friends. But it’s their job which restrict them. So I personally believe that ultimately they are human like other human but have some different role and responsibilities. So if they have not done something seriously wrong then they should not be treated unfairly. However you will see that media start making trail for these people openly. Urban life is much more convenient reliable and luxurious as compared to village life.The life is less comfort in rural areas due to less availability of life resources like good education health facility and well reputed jobs.ON the other hand there are some problem to live in urban life like water air and noise pollution.The village people eat fresh meals take breath in fresh air and live in open and large homes while accommodation in urban area are unpleasant and unreliable.

This is very old tradition or trend that people have been migrating to the places where best resources are available.Some people believe it is a bad thing, moreover, some consider urbanization to be a ‘Modern Disease’, but I think otherwise, the shift to cities creates significant opportunities for people. It is very easy to find jobs in cities, moreover, they would start some sort of business. Furthermore, they would bring their abilities in best use to rise and shine in the society.
In addition to this, they can be served better healthcare, even best hospitals would be in their reach. Their children can acquire quality education, even they can acquire higher studies in universities.

In these days, Children are bounded in some type of paid work in all around the world. Some people are in favor of this as they think that it is a vital part of life in order to gain work experience and responsibilities while others are against of it. We will discuss these point of views in detail before reaching at some valid conclusion.
As we know, Education is really essential for our children. Building and developing a brain in early stages of life is very important. One group of people think that parents should properly focus on the whole development of their children. By doing job is not only effect their learning capabilities but also impact their body development. As per scientific research, A proper diet and physical rest is essential for a child physical growth and doing job in this part of life can effect it badly.
on the other side, Another group consider it as a misconception. According to them, life is full of challenges so we should keep our children physically active and strong enough so they can compete them. By doing job they actually train themselves how to take responsibilities and how to manage their expenses. They become more independent and strong to face these challenges.
In conclusion, I am not really in favor of doing job by children. However, We can allow them to do a part time job if they want but in many other counties, most families are not financially strong enough to bear the expenses of education, so then engage their children in some type of work. It is the responsibility of the government to provide free of cost education in some government level schools.

Indeed,some countries the average worker is obliged to retire at the age of 50, while in others people can work until they are 65 or 70. According to my opinion,people should do work as possible as they can do work with vigor and zest.It is better for both the individual workers and employees.
Chronological age is not always true indicator of an ability.while 65-year old may not perform as well as they did work in the past. Employers concerned about the increasing age of their employees need only observe their work records. Those doing poorly may be asked to retire, but those as yet unaffected by age should stay on. Indeed, it would appear economical for an organisation to retain its older employees when possible rather than spend time and money on training new workers.
Moreover,All people don’t have same condition in health.there are some people in the age of 65 they can do work with more actively as compared to others who are working at the age of 50. If a person is fit and healthy it would not be appropriate to retire them and deprive them of their job. So, people should be allowed to work as long as they are fit and healthy which does not depend on age but depends on people.
Thus, workers who can still demonstrate their capacity to carry out their work should not be asked to retire simply because they have reached a certain age.
